      I paid my loan in full December 2023. I have called the company 4 different times, asked to have my account closed. The agent I spoke with January 22, **** assured me the account will be closed and I will receive the amount I overpaid $56.20. However I have not received any refund and the company recently taken money from my checking account. They are refusing to close my account and refund my money.

      I attempted to pay off the remainder of a cash loan I had out on January 19th. Cash1 never attempted to process my payment before sending it back and then when I confronted them I was told it was the fault of my bank. I contacted my bank and was informed that cash1 never tried to push a payment through and multiple departments of my bank informed me there was no record anywhere on my account of ********************** attempting to collect. I believe cash1 purposely denied my payment with the intent of collecting additional high interest from the loan they would not have gotten had they allowed the loan to be paid off early. I reached out to cash1 and was given the phone number of a manager whom *** attempted to ********* times already and received no response.

      Cash 1 engaged in illegal practices and took more money from me than contracted they will not provide me with my history on my account. They have disabled my ability to view account on their app. They have decreased my loan limit with out any notice despite the fact that I I have NEVER missed a payment. They have been rude and have left me stranded texting me about come on in to get your loan increase all to tell me that is an automated message and until I pay for a returned ach that I confirmed with my bank and cash 1 on a three way phone call never was even initiated or returned at all. I am beyond fed up with their tactics and no one not the manager nor the branch manager is willing to rectify their own mistakes instead they hit me with a loan decrease with out notice or reason. Again I have never ever missed a payment and every two weeks we go through the same exact issues for over two years now. I have spent way too much time with these guys and they promised the issue has been fixed and it won't happen again all to do it all over again in two weeks acting like its my fault when I do not even have access to my account. I can't stress enough how badly I have been mistreated and God only knows how much money they have continued to take from me that is outside of my loan terms. I am done dealing with these people and desperately need help in addressing their unfair completely rude and illegal sales tactics and associates and I di not recommend this company to no one in fact I urge anyone seeking out their business to run and don't look back because they do not care about you and they treat you like c***

      On 9/2/22 I received documents from the court vis **** regarding a lawsuit that was filed against me from CASH 1 for an unpaid loan. This was the first I had heard about a lawsuit as I was never served. The loan in question was from 3/2/2021. This wasnt the original loan but a refinance from a previous loan. I was having financial difficulties and was desperate for money so when they offered more money I accepted. Due to my circumstances I was caught ** in the web of predatory lenders that prey on people that have no other options. At the time of the refinance the loan amount was somewhere around $6000 which was awful in itself. I am not denying I was unable to pay what I owed on the loan but when I received the documents regarding the lawsuit I was shocked to find out they were suing me for the exorbitant amount of $14,162.37. On 9/9/22 I sent an email to ***************** in the legal department to try to get some answers. Apparently I was being charged $8000.00 in interest!! (The interest rate is 120 % which far exceeds the interest rate cap of 36% which is considered predatory). At the time this occurred my daughters father had just passed away and I was dealing with grief and turmoil and my life being turned upside down. I was suddenly a single parent and no longer had the financial support to care for my daughter. I explained this to *** and she didnt care at all. I told her I was willing to pay the principal of the loan and some of the interest but there was no way I could afford all of it. Her solution was to pay $10,000 in 24 biweekly payments of $416.66 or pay the full $14162.37 in 38 bi weekly payments of $372.69. That was after I already explained to her how I had to figure out how to feed my daughter and pay my bills after her fathers death. I told her I couldnt do it so she somehow convinced me to send her my paystubs to see if I could be approved for a different arrangement. Of course they said I wasnt approved. She then passed me on to their lawyer who was able to extend the payments but still not reduce the amount of the interest. I agreed to the arrangement but in my current mental state I really didnt comprehend what I was agreeing to. I just needed this to go away because the added stress was affecting me physically and I needed to be there for my daughter. I was never contacted after that or told how to make the payments. I was trying to put my life back together and figure out how take care of a child on one income and honestly forgot all about it. Fast forward a year and I just received an email from the CASH 1 legal department saying they have obtained a judgement against me and I have 5 business days to contact them to set up arrangements or they will take legal action. Its like a nightmare that never ends. There is no way I am contacting that awful ***************** just so she can be rude and offer no solution like she did last time. I will say it againI am willing to pay the principal plus a REASONABLE amount of interest but the payments need to be something I can afford. I will hire a lawyer if I need to if they wont work with me. I understand business is business but as human beings I dont understand how they can put people in these impossible situations. I literally begged her to have some compassion due to my unfortunate circumstances but that wasnt an option. I guess they would rather put me in the hospital so I lose my job and cant pay them at all. I dont know how these people sleep at night.

      On 11/08/2023 I paid my balance in full in the amount of ******. The payment was returned on 11/14/2023 stating that the account was closed, the account was not closed. When I called my bank, they stated that Cash1 had cancelled the payment. On the same day, they pulled $***** out of my debit card, the account directly linked to my checking account, so clearly my account was fully open. With this knowledge, the only logical conclusion that Cash1 could come to is that my account was still open. Cash1 has since been charging me interest on the payment. I advised them I am only legally responsible for ******, since that was the amount to pay my account in full ******** minus the ***** payment. The reason for the returned payment was not valid, my bank told me they cancelled the payment, and they are still telling me I owe interest due to the returned payment. I payed ****** to close the remaining amount out for a total difference of *****. I want a full refund and a refund for any additional interest charged. This company is not acting in good faith

      Hello, I have 2 open loans with this company that I unfortunately fell behind on due to unforeseen circumstances. I am attempting to catch myself back up and was told via phone call I can switch off payments every 2 weeks on my paydays between the two loans. So at that time I authorized a one time payment of *****. I also have the screen shot and an email of the document that says its a ONE time payment. After doing this i noticed several days I had an email from Cash 1 stating if I call to make a payment they may be able to reduce my loan amount by hundreds of dollars. I then called and spoke to someone about this offer. The agent told me if I paid ****** towards the other loan with that payment that would give me a credit of ****** and then that would help by making that loan a smaller amount. I paid both amounts on Nov. 10th. Then today Nov. 13th I called to see if money would be taken again from me on Nov. 24th as I noticed in the app it said that was my next due date and I was hoping to pay the smaller loan and then the high fee the following payday as the first agent I spoke with guided me to do. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending basically telling me her entire company is ran by a computer and she cant help me or make any changes to anything to which I found completely absurd. I further did not appreciate being talked to like I was not a human being simply trying to take care of an issue to the best of my abilities. She refused to do anything to help me and then says if I dont make my next payment on time the credit I received for making the payment of ****** would be taken from me. None of which was explained to me when I was given that credit. I fully I understand that I owe the money for loans and I have every intention on getting back on track to pay what is owed but the representative who I then found out was the store manager was argumentative and condescending when all I am trying to do is set up a payment arrangement

      I used Cash1 for a loan taken out on my title. My car was fully paid off. I took the loan to help with bills because I am a nursing student with a fluctuating schedule. I own a *** and there has been a rise in problems with *** cars. My car was recently broken into and had a broken window. I had kept it in my garage at night, and drove it during day, because of the rise in crime. I had my car parked in my open space for 20 minutes when the tow truck came around and picked it up. I take responsibility for being behind on payments. It took me the whole 2 week hold time for me to be able to barely come up with 900 dollars to be able to get it out. When I went to pick up my car, my things were thrown around everywhere. My glove box, center console, my glasses holder, my visors, everything was open and my things were completely thrown around. Not only that but my car was completely dead. It took me an HOUR of trying to jump my car before I could even drive it off. Mind you that is a new battery I just purchased a few months prior to this, and can provide receipt details proving this. I was very upset I received my car in an even worse condition then when they picked it up. When talking to the manager at the tow yard for Cash1, her name was ****** or ****** or something like this. She told me that there is nothing she could do. She quoted "your car was already dusty so it was probably dead because you let it sit somewhere." I said no, I drive this car every day and I have a new battery. I told her it was ridiculous that I received my car in a worse condition then when you guys take it into your property and assumed responsibility , she said "No i do not agree". If ALL calls are recorded, this exact conversation can be heard. My concerns were not taken seriously and my property was treated carelessly with a manager gaslighting me. If my property is in Cash1's possession, I should not receive my property tampered with and made in a worse condition.

      I called to request that my payment not come out of my account. I was told that they cannot stop my payment and that I should lock my card instead. I requested to know the amount I have paid towards this loan I was told by ****** that she was not trained to look that information up. She called her manager who could not help her. I informed her I have not been able to log onto my online account for months. She stated IT is aware of the issue, but there was nothing she could do. I requested the number for the corporate office. She provided me with a number. when I called the number the same employee ****** answered she stated she did not know their corporate office number after all. She then called her manager again, who also did not provide the number for their corporate office, but said she would follow up with me the following day. This was a $300 loan that has been paid on for years. Yet they refused to give me any information or the ability to check the information myself by logging online.

      Hello. So I started receiving emails from cash one a few weeks ago about me attempting to apply for a loan which I have not. I applied for one loan from them in the year 2020 but I had already paid it off and resolved everything. But we are here now and I called them today and they told me that I took out a loan for 1200$ which I have not. And then they were trying to get a bank statement from me as proof which I thought was strange so I didnt give them one and after that they told me that someone on thier end had acceded my account and gave me a loan without my consent or signature so I dont know how they were able to do that without doing something shady so all this sounds super weird and crazy to me and I just wanted to report them. I havent had anything to do with th for 3 year and out of nowhere I owe them money I never applied for or talked to anyone on thier side about. So I just want this resolved

      I made payments on my account totaling $210.00 on 09/19/2023, I was told that my next payment for the following month would be for $216.00 on the 77th of October, 2023. I had a credit on my account in the amount of $71.00. I inquired with a Cash 7 rep on how I could reduce my upcoming payment. I was informed that I could make a payment towards my account at any given time. I was told I could withdraw my available credit, deposit it to my bank account, and make a payment that same day in the same amount withdrawn, or any amount I choose to make. I was assisted wit the first transaction by a female rep ******** with Cash 1. The amount was for $ $71.00, the balance of my credit limit at the time. I signed two electromically submitted documents , which was sent to my email, for me to sign authorizing a cashout of $71.00 to be taken from my credit and transferred to my physical banking Institution. After the payment was transferred, I then signed document number two, for $71.00 to be withdrawn from my physical bank account authorizing to make a payment to Cash 1. By making this payment, it reduced my upcoming bill due by October 11, 2023, of $213.00 to $144.00. My credit balance was now back at $71.00. since the transaction was created on the same day, there was no interest deducted for that submission. The next day, my credit had lowered due to each day accrueing a daily interest. I applied two more payments. One on the 25th of September for $64.00, and one on September 26th, 2023 for $61.00, fromwhich **** times, I also withdrew those amount from my credit on the exact same days, and made the payment soon after., which reduced my balance owed from $346.00 to $277.00, showing a credit of $122.00. I received a statement that showed all activity performed. The amounts I paid went to my principal. When I checked my cash app, It showed I owed a balance of $346.00 with an available credit of $*****. My upcoming bill due was still at $144.00 to be paid on the 11th of October. I called Cash 1 the same day of receiving my statement and asked if she could explain why my balance owed was now showing $346.00, and my available credit showed $***** when only a day or two of interest had been applied, of which I was told that the daily interest was $3.00. She siad that was the balance I owed, and the available credit of $***** was correct. I told her that it had only been a day or two passed since I made my last payments which were applied to my principal, and she said that the system iwas correct, regardless of what the statements showed. I told her this has not happened before, but she continued to say that the system was correct, and could not answer about ny reduced balance of $277.00 or available credit of $122.00 My current statement received showed a balance of $277.00 and added a credit of $122.00. I asked to speak with someone other than her and it seems she was always the only one available to speak with everytime I called. I need this matter resolved before making anymore payments on this account, I need an explanation and I would like to know what happened to my available credit and why the balance on my account, after being reduced to $277.00m stayed at the previous ampunt of $346, with a credit of $ *****. Please understand, just because I withdrew my credit to make a payment towards my account, that cash deposit to my banking instituition was not applied as an immediate available cash option for me to use immediately. I had to have had that amount available for any transaction to occur, So, it was not las if the credit I withdrew was placed in my hand physically, that was a pending transaction.
