In 22 i took out a loan for $3*. I agreed to have my 03' ******** edition Jetta with 90k miles as collateral.2 days ago i went in to chip at my line of credit She asked me if my Jetta was paid off and I said yes you should have my title in your computer system from 22.Incompetent much? Anyways,I didnt think anything suspicious when she asked me what yr my car was that I pulled up in.She said that it was nice! I answered thinking nothing of it.I was the only customer and we clearly see it through the window.Come to find out she ends up putting my Mercedes as collateral instead of my Jetta that was already on file in their system. She spoke nothing of it, it wasn't on any paperwork or the receipt and smiled the whole time she was typing. She acted out of deception, greed *** ignorance. Only way i found out she pulled this unlawful stunt was by downloading the cash1 app.The app is trash, it worked once and i was able to take a screenshot of the vehicles listed. Initially when I tried logging init kept asking me all of my information, as though I was signing up to be a new member again? Not suspicious at all. I got a error message at the last step :Banking info. I called the number under the error message and the man told me to go ahead and enter all my information in again. Again it wasn't taking my banking information thats already on file with them? Oh. But wait, theres more. She wanted me to go all the way back home for my USAA debit card, routing and acct. number Because Navy Federal, all of a sudden wasn't working. I keep a picture of my physical cards etc in my locked folder in my phone. So I give her new bank info it wasn't working and asked if my card is blocked? It was getting real suspicious but im delusional so I had to take it all out in cash.. but my question is,how do they expect to get paid? If my banking information isnt in their system supposedly and it wasn't accepting my new banking information? Corporate make it make sense, rapido.CASH 1

At Cash 1, I walk in and ask for copy of payment and interest history, that I need to see to know where my money goes... The lady at Cash 1 refused to give me my account information and history. I told her that is my account and I have rights to see what I have been paid for, she said she can't do that, she said that is company policy, she won't disclose my account history. What is going on, are they hiding something? The last time I was approved for ***** loan that was July 2024, they said that is limit that I got approved for. So, last September 2024, I refinance to pay down to 1000, and today, I ask to pay off my balance after they debited payment yesterday and said paid off is *****. That when I was confused, why am I still over 1000 after I refinanced to reduce 1800 to 1000 and still owe 1000? I ask for history of payment and interest and they refused. I went ahead and paid off today and they give me only receipt of paid, but I demand for paper with proof of paid off and zero balance... After got it and I read, it said I was approved for *****, I was like mad, because they said I was approved limit to 1800.... Did they loan me only 1800 and keep 1000 for themselves and make me pay double? Why they refuse to disclose my payment history, I want to see actual history...CASH 1

I wrote a complaint on ******* as I was told they bought out Cash1 but to be sure, writing one under Cash1. I took out a payday loan 3-4 years ago. I paid $300 a month and received $245. The day I was to make a payment, I would receive a call to make sure I was coming in (last day of the month-payday). After approximately a year and tired of going in monthly, I paid $300 cash to close up my account. I did NOT receive $245 as I paid it off. I never received a phone call to make sure I was coming in after that as I PAID IT OFF. Now, I am being served papers that I owe money. Do you wait 3-4 years hoping people don't have their receipts to sue them? Did someone else steal my information from your office and take out a loan? If so, I want copies of the loan application and the banking information because I can guarantee it is not me. If you are accepting applications online without proper identification, then you are setting yourself and me up for lawsuits. IF this is due to that $300 loan that I paid off and didn't get the final $245, then you owe me $245 plus your outrageous interest rate for the 3-4 years that I didn't receive that money (because it was paid off and I never received that 245)CASH 1

It appears you may have reached the wrong company. CASH 1, LLC and AAA Auto Title Loans, LLC, DBA CASH 1, only provide loans in the states of Nevada, and Arizona, respectively.
You are apparently a resident of California, but CASH 1 has no business or operations there. Community Choice Financial owns and operates CASH 1 in the state of California.Review fromAmy C

5 starsI believer in God and I believe in doing whats right. I made a complaint and I wanted to provide an. After my posting, I was contacted by ***** (Director of Collections) she was very kind and understanding of my financial situation. She was able to provide me with a payment solution that reduced my weekly payments and APR. I want to say a huge thank you to *****/ Cash1 for working with me and making my life a little less stressful. This will allow me to take care of other financial obligations while I work to payoff my debt to Cash1. Look, I know what I signed up for and I was consistent for YEARS, fell into a hard time, revoked auto pay, said info was deleted. They took $300 out today after I was already working with their collection department and refuse to refund it. Terrible predatory lenderCASH 1

Do not do business with this company. It is nothing but a scam. You will take forever to pay of your loan while they earn interest off. and earn money off of you.Then refuse to return the money you have paid into the savings program. Absolutely and completely preditory.CASH 1
