1 starI was given tonight an approval email for a loan I didn't ask for or apply for! This is completely fraudulent and identify theft! This company should be ashamed of doing this and it is illegal to go through the application and approval process without my consent or permission! DO NOT USE! You cant ******* off and then they will claim some bs that they had sent out a statement and they cant close it until the so called remaining funds have been paid. Still havnt got them to close my account even tho i have been telling them to close it.

1 starCash 1 is a mafia style illegal practice company. I took out a loan and paid on time ,every other other bi-weekly for almost a 3 months, then Cash 1 started making extra ( not in contract) charges of higher interest so none of my payments went to my principal, only to interest fee's that increased almost bi-weekly. I called to ask them what was going on and the customer service rep said they could change interest rates at any time and told me to " learn how to read next time". They increased my line of credit every month and I didn't ask for it. Told me my agreement terms then changed them. I am done, done, doneReview fromSHIRLEY W

5 starsI went online to apply for a loan through presto and it took me and got me a loan from Cash 1 and then I started doing all the process and some of the car information was not there and then a young lady called me and it was ******* and she started helping me through the process and It was wonderful because she made it so easy and we were done in no time after me being online for almost 30 minutes and question after question but it all worked out ******* was wonderful and they're on Greenfield and University so give them all kudos over there Thank You and it took me no time and got me a loan.Review fromAlice L

1 starFraud! I went online to check the rates and they already had all of my personal info. Odd! And all of the sudden they emailed me a copy of a signed document with my signature. I never signed anything. I never agreed to anything. I replied to them requesting to know what this was all about I even called them no answer. I really don't comfortable with. I am going to call my attorney. Please be careful, don't even access cash 1 website. Don't request info from cash 1 they will trick you and send you a BS document with your so called signature.Review fromCheryl B.

1 starI was doing well with Cash 1 until I had to rake out an 18 month loan with them. 5 months ago and saw no movement of the over 300 per month I was sending them. They were making out like a fat cat in me. Now I have to pay extra to them to pay them off sooner. PLease dont **** that type of Loan from them. The process was easy, however I made a payment a week before it was due and my loan balance went down right, I log into my account a couple of days later and they added $20 to my loan balance so I feel like this is never going to get paid off because they add money back on, I even took a screen shot because they keep doing it and I thought I had a feeling they were going to do it again and I don't understand why money keeps being added when I've been paying a week before my payment is due.CASH 1

Cash 1 is a mafia style illegal practice company. I called to ask them what was going on n the customer service rep said they could change interest rates at any time n told me to " learn how to read next time" ..I can read fine n the contract doesn't say that nor is it legal.. so essentially,I will be paying this off for eternity if they get away with the illegal actions. Now ,I get phone calls saying I'm a " low life who refuses to pay " ..I'm not paying to get stolen from. I called to inform them that unless they adhere to the contract I agreed to,I'd seek legal remedies. I was told "you can't do anything about it,we are allowed to increase interest rates n other fees at will " ... really..watch . I'm not one to lie down n get rolled by illegal scam artists. N the threats you made are documented on my voicemail..let's see how that move works out for you.CASH 1

CASH 1 has a zero-tolerance policy for communications such as what ************** describes. Upon receipt of this complaint, we conducted an investigation, reviewing every communication made to ************** over the life of her account, including all call recordings. After completing this review, we cannot locate any communications resembling what ************** details in her complaint. We wonder if ************** has reached the wrong company.We have reached out to ************** for additional information but she has not returned our contact attempts.We take Ms. ****** claims very seriously and encourage her to return our contacts so we may investigate this matter further.Review fromNathan b

1 starHad me send bank statements they couldn't use and gave me the runaround the whole time. They lied saying they take cash payments as proof of income which is most of my business.
