My mortgage was recently transferred to Valon and I was initially nervous because I have never had good experiences with transferred mortgages in the past. I can happily say my experience with Valon so far has been great, the transfer was smooth and effortless. I contacted customer service because I was nervous about my automatic payments not transferring over and I didn't want to be late on a payment and the representative was very helpful and polite and assured me that everything transferred over, which I checked on the payment to make sure in my account and it went through without any issues. I was surprised how quickly I got through to a representative and how easy everything was. Great job Valon!

After the death of both my parents within 11 mths of each other, I have had NOTHING but one nightmare after another as a result of their poor ********************** supposedly losing documents. There is NO doubt in my mind that they are a predatory ************* are trying to TAKE my family home going back 4 generations w/sum $80k in equity. These people say one thing and do another. Forget getting a straight answer, much less getting to speak to an actual loan officer. While I was making their required higher payments for a trial period so that we would be able to either assume the loan or do a modification, they cut off my ability to make a payment. Before I knew it, they rolled it over to Foreclosure. Your situation, doesnt matter to them. Either you comply with all their late charges that they refuse to breakdown all while the #s change given who ya talk with, or forget it. I honestly have never seen ANY company conduct themselves like this. They will not give a 54 yr old disabled single woman ANY grace * have been unwilling to make any accommodations to sort things out. Now, they are making rapid progress at taking my home * thus, everything in it because I am physically * financially unable to make other arrangements. What I foresee is about to happen here is that they are going to claim that I either have not provided what they need, or that I am not viable to be leant too, no matter what I do. Hence, to be transparent, they will sign my death certificate as I will not be able to survive this * have no where to go. Figures, given its a *. ***** owned company, * he is doing all he can to destroy America, so Im sure its no qualms to them if they destroy an American like myself who is just trying to survive. If they continue down this path, * I am able to keep going thru this depressive pit they have thrown me into, I fully intend on bringing this to the attention of my State Attorneys General, ************ officers * WILL find an attorney to sue.Valon Mortgage Inc

I have no idea why my mortgage changed hands to this company, but I never received a letter from them (a part from an email). It is unfortunate that this occurred during a highly stressful time in my life (out of my control), but they then sent me an email stating that I only had 7 days to update my insurance. Why didn't that information transfer with the transfer of my loan? Why is it on me to do work that I didn't even authorize. I'm so tired of incompetent companies.Valon Mortgage Inc

Unfortunately, my bank sold my mortgage to valon. They were not paying my fire taxes. Even though it was in my escrow, my house almost went out for tax sale and I had to go out and pay it myself. Now Ive paid this tax twice and Ive been dealing with this for 10 months trying to get reimbursed if this happens to you be ready for the were gonna escalate this and send a ticket into our tax team thats their favorite line and it means absolutely nothing you will get nowhere with customer service horrible company! horrible company!Valon Mortgage Inc

My mortgage was purchased by Valon more than a year ago. I had auto payments set up n everthing was ok. On my last payment they charged me a fine that auto payment was not processed although there r ample funds in bank. Why should I pay a fine?Valon Mortgage Inc

I feel fortunate that I had a 5 star experience with Valon today as I see some other reviewers did not. My loan was also just transferred to Valon and this the first I have ever heard of the company. I called and to to a *** who was just fantastic. Friendly, professional, and was able to handle my issue without transferring to me several other people, which is less common these days. I never had issues with the previous company, but the person I spoke to today was by far nicer, and understood my problem at my first explanation. I hope any future encounters I have with them go as well.Valon Mortgage Inc

They outsourced all od their customer service. If you tell them what payment they were incorrect on they have no clue how to do anything outside of the script they were given. They missed, then double paid and then couldn't refund me escrow they messed up. It took me calling a dozen times to get a single person who even understood what I was trying to explain.Valon Mortgage Inc

My mortgage just got bought by Valon. Somehow they set me to autodraft though Ive never been set up for autodraft before. They tried to autodraft a mortgage payment that was due the 1st of June on the 12th of the May out of an account I no longer have - how my OLD bank information was transferred from the other company is a whole other issue. Why would they draft a payment two weeks early??Im so upset that my mortgage was transferred to them and this is not a good first impression.Valon Mortgage Inc
