      I purchased a distributor back in 2016 of December since then i had Autozone in ************ ******** warranty the replacement. Same place it was purchased from. Since December of 2016 i have replaced this distributor every 2 years. I sent the car to the same shop every time. For some reason they cannot find my warranty anymore. They have told me that it was returned but their distributor is still in my car sitting at the shop where the maintenance is and has been preformed every 2 years on the same distributor. The current distributor that Autozone warranted out for the 3rd time is still in the same car. If I need to i can have it removed and returned to them for to show that it is the same one they warranty out 2 years ago.

      On 11/17/2022 I ordered a engine flush since they didnt have it the store- I acquired the item at another auto parts and called to cancel the order. I was told it was too late to cancel.I was called to come pick up the part; again I told them I did not need the item anymore and if I could please get a refund.I have called and spoke to three different people, one of them a manager. I have yet to recieve a refund on an item that I never received. This is entrapment and stealing. I am not in the same location anymore and they seem to be able to resolve this situation. I offered receipt number, card number over the phone and yet they insisted that I travel many miles back to get my refund. I do not plan to return or recommend this this business to anyone. I had a bad feeling as far as customer service from the moment i walked into this autozone location.

      I bought an ETK16 ************** Sport battery on 3/15/22 at the store located at ***************************************************. My receipt clearly states that I have a six month warranty. The battery became faulty on 10/17/22, I took it to the store on 10/21/22, only to be denied an exchange because they say the battery only has a 90 day warranty. I showed them the receipt, as well as the AutoZone website that states these batteries have been one year warranty. They refused to exchange it, nor would customer service help.

      We Purchased brake pads from the ******** location. My husband returned them before opening the box. The customer service person told him the money would be refunded immediately, It is now 3 days and we still have not recieved our money back. I called and the guy on the phone said oh no thats not true. It takes 3 to 5 business days. Thats mandatory. This is not the first time we have had issues with auto zone. We purchased a part from Auto Zone online and It never showed up. We kept calling for the part and they kept saying it was FED Ex and they couldn't do anything since it was not thier issue. It was Fed Ex.
