      I recently took my 7-month-old Cavapoo puppy to this location for a grooming appointment with ***********. We selected the upgraded grooming package, which was supposed to include a full bath and a proper haircut. Unfortunately, the service we received was far from what was advertisedand even worse, the business has since refused to offer a refund or accept any responsibility for the poor quality of service.When I picked up my dog, it was immediately clear he hadnt been properly bathed. He smelled the same as when I dropped him off. It seems they sprayed him with deodorizer instead of actually washing him, despite charging for a premium bath.On top of that, the haircut was inconsistent and sloppy. His coat was uneven, with visible patches of different lengths and no real blending. It was rushed, unprofessional, and clearly not the work of a trained groomer. I even shared photos with another grooming professional, who agreed it lacked basic quality and care.What makes this situation even more frustrating is the price. We paid nearly $100 for this grooming servicethis wasnt a budget-level appointment. At that price, particularly at a large and reputable chain, you expect a clean, well-groomed pet and a professional experience from start to finish.Despite raising these concerns, management refused to issue a refund or accept responsibility. Thats incredibly disappointingnot just because of the poor quality, but the lack of accountability and customer service. We werent asking for anything unreasonablejust to be treated fairly and receive the service we paid for.We wont be returning to this location, and Id urge others to think twice before trusting them with their pets. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

      PetSmart at ************** in ***. Had 2 dogs groomed, **** and Groot- both were done very well. Excellent service. Will go there again.

      Petsmarts a good store but it always finds a way to disappoint me when I'm looking for fish or plants for my aquarium. Ive spent so much time and money at PetSmart taking care of multiple aquariums at home but when I need something its always an inconvenience going to PetSmart just for them to tell me they didnt get any this week check back in 2 weeks. Im here 4 months later asking for the same thing and still the same answer. I believe if PetSmart is even going to have a fish section they should probably do a better job on their stock of fish and plants (not dead ones).

      My dog had an 11:30 grooming appointment today. The groomer said it would be 2-3 hours. At 3:45 I still had not received a call that my dog was ready so I decided to drive over to check on her. During my drive over the groomer called to say she was ready for pick up and that she was actually ready over an hour ago but my bad I forgot to call you my dog stayed in a crate for over an hour because she forgot to call. How does that happen? While my dog is in your care she is your responsibility and you actually forgot about her. Again I ask how does that happen? I will never go back there again.

      Took my dog to get groomed his hair wasnt cut right and its clear that his testicles had been bleeding when I looked closer they had a cut on them. I will never take my dog there again. I would have been more understanding if this was communicated when I picked him up. I hope that this helps others when deciding to take there dogs to get groomed at Pets Smart.

      Took my dogs for grooming twice. They always charge extra at the end saying there was matting in the fur, they cleaned the ears, etc. The employees are taught to **** their customers. I do my own dogs now with a $20 pair of slippers.

      I took my Maltipoo **** to this establishment on 5/24/2025 to be groomed, she was a little matted before her appointment and after speaking with ******* she understood and advised on how she would groom her. I felt as though that we had an agreement, but that was not the case. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with *******. I thought I was choosing *** to do the grooming but instead I chose the wrong person. ******* always have bad comments when it comes to my pet and this time the grooming was completely awful. ******* shaved her uneven and down to low. I asked about her ears being matted and ******* informed me they weren't too bad but she proceeded to cut her ears very short. I am completely dissatisfied with the hair cut, the comments and the service. I will not be using ******* anymore because of how she conducted business. I don't feel she has the compassion when it comes to dealing with our fury pets and feel this is more of a job for her then anything. This is the second time I did not left a tip for ******* because the haircut was not up to par.

      I called to inquire about grooming for my cat. I told them she had anxiety and has a history of being spicy. They said not a problem if she was medicated. I made sure they knew that she could still be slightly spicy. I brought her in with all her paperwork and medicated. They started by clipping her nails, a service I did not book, and she was starting to hiss. She then attempted to shove a cone on her, which scared my cat more. When it didnt work she said Nope! and scruffed my cat. She held her by the neck all the way to her carrier and dropped her in. She then said that no one at PetSmart would be able to work with her and that she needed more medication. I will not give my cat more medication and I will not be shopping at PetSmart anymore.

      We are writing to express our dissatisfaction regarding a grooming appointment we had scheduled for our dog, *****. The appointment was scheduled for April 18, 2025 at 11:30am. Let me start by saying we have trusted PetSmart for over man years years with our pet's grooming. We have never had to complain ********* mentioned, Roxies appointment was set for 11:30. Around 2 pm, my husband received a voicemail from grooming asking if we could pick ***** up and rebook her grooming for another day due to her showing signs of stress.I contacted the store and spoke with someone in grooming. She said ***** was digging in her crate, so they thought she was stressed. I let them know that is normal behavior for her. I was transferred to the manager.A woman who identified herself as the inventory manager confirmed that ***** was digging in her crate. I was very clear with the inventory manager - I told her the digging is normal for our dog. I asked why on earth she is still in a crate at 2pm when her appointment time was 11:30? She said that 11:30 wasnt the actual appointment time - its really more of a window of time. Say what? My husband planned his entire day around the appointment time provided to us by PetSmart! Now we are being asked to rebook?In these trying economic times, we would expect that businesses would not be so quick to turn away a long-term customer in the middle of an appointment. We wont be back to PetSmart for grooming or for anything else. There are other grooming options in our town - we certainly dont need the aggravation or inconvenience that occurred today.Sincerely,***** *************** *****
