1 starStore Number #***. I have done business with this company for 7+ years and spent thousands of dollars. Terrible service, **** is our first tech. From the Jump I answered my door with the biggest RBF I have seen from a male in a long time. Resting **** Face, gave him the benefit of the doubt and he proceeded to "inspect" my pump. I was working so I told him to knock on my door when he was finished and give me the rundown. After 15 minutes I go check out side and he is no where to be found. I call and no one on the support side knows what's going on, I set another appointment 6 days later. Keep in mind I have renters who pay for a pool so I'm looking to get this done as soon as possible. I originally asked if it was under warranty and subject to replacement, no answer. Come day of appointment which I asked for a new tech because the last one sucked. This ***** calls my phone with a tone that he only raised throughout the conversation and when I called him out for being a dickhole. He said lets keep it professional and hung up, he must of been raised by his mom, the most spineless man I've talked to in a while. After all this you go to call support and this call center is based out of a foreign country and is extremely annoying to talk to and have a conversation with.Overall I would never give my business to them again. If I could give negative stars I would.Save yourself the headache and find a company that is based in ****** with techs that aren't spineless cowards that have a little bit of customer **********************.Review fromJana O

By far the worst experience I have ever had at the store on ***************** in ****** ****. The one and only employee working there (*****) was extremely rude. We were the only customers in the store. He acted like he could not be bothered with us. Every time I asked him a question he was apathetic. Finally when I asked where we could find 3inch chlorine tablets he was extremely sarcastic and made me feel stupid. I would have asked for a manager but this kid was alone. I am a new pool owner and needed help. As we were leaving I informed him I was going to contact a manager he rolled his eyes at me and shook his head like he couldnt care less. I will no longer give Leslies my business. I do better shopping on Amazon.Leslie's

Leslies store on DeAnza in ********* has an amazing employee ****** , she is knowledgeable, patient and goes out of her way to explain the importance of pool water ph balance and helps you to car as well ! She appears running the store and patience might be necessary and the store gets busy every time we have been there!Great store! Clean No Chemical smells either ????????Leslie's

Incredibly rude service at west side store in ************ on July 21, 2024. The most disinterested, slovenly customer ********************** ever with the staff person. He literally lounged at the counter, with my having to ask him if he could find the price on an item that was missing its tag, and grunting when I asked if he could assist in identifying the cost before grabbing the item to check its price at the counter. Worst customer ********************** Ive probably ever experienced. Rude from start to finish.Leslie's

I have been using Leslie's Pool Supplies for over 20 + years. We have buying from store 317, a store that we have spent $7-8K over the past several years. Recently I bought a new pool motor on Dec. 09th, 2023 but didn't install it until March of 2024. The motor failed on July 08th, 2024. I called the store and was told that Leslie's did not warranty U.S.Motors (brand) and was told by the store and Leslie's Customer ********************** line that there was nothing they could/would do. Was to told to take it up with the manufacturer U.S.Motors. Leslie's should have been acting as the customer liaison between them and manufacturer, but no offer to do that. Nine days later after both ************************* Motors were informed of our problem, nothing has been done. Had the sales person told me they would not warranty this motor, I would have elected to buy the more expensive ******* motor which by the way is the only brand they still warranty or so I'm told by Leslie's. I would still like to use Leslie's but after this kind of treatment, I'll spend my money with companies that appreciate our business.Leslie's

Hello ***, We apologize for the frustrations - this is never our intention. Regarding manufacture warranties, we are not able to be the liaison between you and the manufacturer. 2 starsI have been using Leslie's products for about 7 years with no issues. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and gave me what I needed. I was fine paying a little extra for their product, however this opening season has left me with a very bad taste in mouth. I opened the pool with a Leslie's kit and had clear water within a few days, pretty typical. I took a sample to be tested and the computer spat out that I needed over $900 worth of product!! At least 4 times more than *ever* needed. I questioned the associate about this and took her advice....added the chemicals accordingly and took back a sample 3 days later to retest the chemical levels. As I thought, all the levels were elevated 3 fold what is recommended. The new read now said I had to drain ***** gallons of water to correct it. Money literally gone down the drain. This, while I was still in the store, I said to the associate, last I checked water wasn't free and this is a byproduct of the exuberant amount of chemical I was sold and told to add. His response was that the computer was not giving the proper readings and referenced another customer with a similar issue a day or so before. Wait WHAT? If the computer is not reading levels properly, then why is IT okay to sell me products that I definitely did not need?!? I have since had to correct my levels with another pool store (I can't trust the integrity of the employees as I used to). Thus far, besides my near $1,000 chemical purchase with Leslie's, I am in it for another $400 just bringing the levels down, and yet to get my water bill for the 6k gallons that had to re-add, but seemed not to solve all the chemical problems. Oh and my pool pump mysteriously died within 10 days of this chemical dump I put into my pool. Some years are better than others with chemicals but I was oversold due to a computer malfunction and what are you going to do about this? FYI- I have owned and maintained this pool for 11 years and know the anatomy of it.Review fromJerry B

I went to Leslie's Pool Supplies in ********************** last week to have our pool water sampled.I also told the employee that our pool was turning green. While performing the first test another employee told her she was doing something wrong, so she had to start the test all over again.I told her that I think she grabbed the wrong sample, being that there was another customer who had was having his water tested. She said that she got the correct sample. After the test results she told me that all I needed was Liquid Chlorine. and baking soda..I told her that we have a vinyl pool and have never used liquid chlorine. She said I would have faster results using the liquid chlorine and by buying baking soda I would be saving a lot of money. Well her suggestion made our pool worse. My brother went back to Leslie's and told them everything and requested free or discounted chemicals because of their mistake and they flat out refused him. We have been cusotmers for a long time and have spent so much money on upkeeping our pool. Please Leslie's Pool make sure your employees are well trained we are putting our trust in them for our swimming pool needs. This was the worst experience ever.Leslie's

Hello... I went to the Leslie's Pool Supplies in ***************, IN - I had purchased a Solar Globe for the pool on June 23, 2024. The light never came on, so I went back to return this item on July 6th, 2024. When I told ****************** (Store #***) the assistant Manager, she got upset with me, and I am not sure why? So she told me I have almost had this a month (which is false) I said there is no way I have had this a month, and she said "not a month, Almost a Month" and she was very loud and rude about that, the other customer and employee in the store were staring at me like I should not be returning anything. I was so embarassed I was treated like that - she told me "I can only do an even exchange, because you have 14 days to get cash back" and I asked if i can get in-store credit, she said ok was not happy about that and said if I lose the little paper then I am out that money. When I finally got home and i checked the dates , Depending how you count your "days" I was returning the item within 13 days (June 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, July 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 so her math/basic skills were not correct. She really should not be treating people like this, very unprofessional. I am choosing now to get my chemicals elsewhere because of her reaction to that. I would definitely like her to apologize for treating me like that. I almost went back to the store and chewed her out, but I chose not to, as it's a 30min drive back up there.Leslie's

They kept cancelling my online order (both for in-store pickup and ship to home) due to an alleged problem with their third party outsourced fraud department. They would ask for additional information to confirm my identity, which I provided, but they never attempted to contact me or follow through. They would just cancel the order after I did everything they asked. Didnt matter whether I paid with credit card or PayPal. After several hours on the telephone with their customer ********************** department over the course of several weeks and many broken promises, they still failed to process my order. Totally useless. Some of the worst customer experience Ive ever had. IF you ever do business with them, ONLY shop in store and always call the local store first to verify they actually have the item in stock as their online inventory management system is not accurate.Leslie's
