      I bought a sand filter ONLINE. The small hole that the pressure gauge goes into is defective and leaked. I asked to get just that top part replaced, was told it would have to go to a store, which is not close to me. They told me I would have to return the whole filter. It's hooked up already.WHAT A JOKE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ****** again.

      Hello ****, I apologize for the frustrations. We are not able to send portions of parts so that would be why we communicated that the unit would need to be returned, so that we can exchange it for a brand new unit. We could have done an online return also.

      I have received emails from Leslies advertising an in store sale of HTH shock 12 bags for $23.94. Buy 6 get 6 free. None of the stores have any of it nor do they know about the sale. Sounds like false advertising to me.

      I have had a above ground fresh water pool over 25 years now and enjoy taking care of the water on my own. I do not care to be educated or have my water tested for free. I just want to buy the products I need and go home and take care of my pool. I don't like pushy ******* trying to sell me extra chemicals for what if this happens. But all I wanted was some **** stabilizer and the employee kept trying to tell me all these many different things that could happen. Instead I just walked out and with no stabilizer and had to go to the poolman and bought it there. Won't ever be back.

      *********************, MA Store...Zero stars if that was an option. This happened this afternoon and I'm still shaking. 3 years ago I bought a Jacuzzi sand filter at this store. I just started getting filter sand in the pool and a quick online search pointed to parts inside the filter but I could not find the the part numbers online. I went to the store and after a little looking up on ****** and them calling someone, they told me they didn't know the part number so I gave them a part number that Namco gave me ( Namco was not sure if it was the right one and told me to go to leslies the jacuzzi filter dealership to verify) I was told they could not verify the part number, I asked if someone could look it up I was told "That's NOT OUR PROBLEM WE ARE NOT JACUZZI go find it yourself by someone standing there who was not part of the conversation. When I questioned that, I was told to get the h*** out or I'm calling the police, at this point a male employee came around the counter and got right into my face, 2 more employee started yelling at me and calling me an ugly old man and other derogatory names all the while the male kept getting closer and closer being physically threatening, The person I believe was in charge had to grab him and pull him away but he went around her and he and along with 3 other people followed me out while insulting me They followed me out to my car 4 of them yelling and insulting me taking pictures of my car. I was about to call the police when the person who I think was in charge finally was able to get them to leave me alone and get back in the store. I'm a 62 year old disabled man, who just wanted a part for a filter I bought there.Shop at your own risk. I advise to AVOID THIS LESLIES until they hire and advertise new management. There is a Namco in the strip mall behind the store and they have always been helpful.

      Purchased an intex spa package is missing a cover and intex is not holding temperature. Called 3times already and suppose to be getting a call back and it never happened!!! I am livid with this company and will let everyone I know to stay far away!!

      I purchased Hayward H150FDP propane pool heater. I found it for a cheaper price at Pool Supply 4 Less, which is listed as one of their qualified retailers. I provided screenshots of the price from the Pool Supply 4 Less website. Leslie's denied stating they don't match sale prices. See Case #********. Below, I pasted the Leslie's Promise and exclusions from their website. No where does it state they don't price match sale prices.       I have purchased a new gas heater and the shipping package was way bigger than the dimensions of what I ordered. Customer ********************** wanted pics which I sent on May 24th. Just needed confirmation on the delivered product so I could open it and install it. Now its June 4th and still waiting for a reply. Afraid to open this large package which is on a pallet for fear they wont let me return it if its wrong. Even had trouble fallowing up a phone call to customer ********************** even having a call number when this all started. Just unbelievable that a company this large has such a bad customer **********************. I guess being a large company means once its sold youre on your own. Thanks for the $2500.00 headache Leslies.

      Will never go to this company again! Bought a product and although they offer 30 day return policy, after 11days they refused to give me a refund or store credit. They falsified my pool water sample and lied; verified with two other reputable companies! Horrible customer **********************!

      I ordered a pool on may 26th and suppose to be delivered on 6/7. The website states that it take 2-3 days to ship. They still havent shipped my pool out , its been 7days now ,and every time I call there is an excuse. Spoke with a supervisor named **** who took my info and called me back with a bogus ****** stating that. He heard from the shipping company and my shipment is loaded and I should be receiving a tracking number shortly!! Nope I woke up the next day with it saying my shipment is delayed and basically it doesnt know when it will be going out! Sh*t I payed over $1400 on this pool and they keep giving me the run around. I called ***************** to ask him about his lie and all he can say is that he doesnt have anymore info and I just have to wait!!! I already hired people to come out and level my ground and paid for labor to put it together.. all together im out $2000 and they seem to not care!! Im about to request a refund and purchase some where else if they dont have my shipment out by tomorrow!!!!

      As the Grinch says, I wouldn't touch this company with a 10 foot pole. My order was placed on hold due to needing "additional information." I provided all information. Order still not placed. Turns out, they are out of stock and can't ship the order anyway. Company is incompetent; doesn't make things right; and is a total letdown.
