After purchasing equipment from their store I also purchased the service for the installation. On the day of installation I received a call that the manager didnt want the technician to complete my job. I did get a refund but now I am stuck trying to find another company to come out. If I knew this I would have not purchased my equipment from them.Leslie's

Over Memorial Day Weekend I bought a pool online from Leslies. Putting it slowly together I realized that I was two caps short...I called and received them a few days later.I had over 207 perk dollars so made an online order on August 8th for a pool brush. The web site said in stock and that I could pick it up in the ******** store later that day. I received an email a few hours later that they were out of stock. Checking back on the web site Leslies did not give me back the perk bux. I was told that within ***** hours I will get them back. I figured let me use the last of the perk bux and never return to the website so I ordered chlorine. The website said it would be delivered to me on August 10th. On August tenth I went to the web site to check on the delivery and found out the order was cancelled BUT I was never notified. Also the rest of my perk bux was gone. I again chatted with a representative and asked to get back the perk bux. I was told oh here is a case number and we will get back to you ***** hours. Checked again the next day and still nothing. I was told the order was cancelled because it was a "Daily order". I asked what that means and did not get a reply. My pool needs chlorine, guess I have to go to ********** and spend money I should not have. I have kept the transcripts of the chats since I do have questions on what I was told. Its friday 8/11 at 3pm so I guess maybe Leslie's decided not to work on Friday.If I ever get my perk bux back I will try and use them up and then never go to leslie's again.Leslie's

On Thursday, August 3rd, I visited the ******* ** store on Route 46 East. Between 5:30-6pm.Went in to buy some shock and algae control. Two guys at the counter. I am hard of hearing due to a medical condition. The guy told me to put my card with the chip into the machine instead of the blink tap. I didnt hear him. They both at the same time told me again which made me feel like I was being double teamed however one said it again nicely and the other guy with long hair (receipt says ******) spoke to me in a very condescending tone. PUT. THE ***** IN. THE MACHINE. With such an attitude. I am not a confrontational person but I know how to give it back when I get it and I gave him the tone back and told him Im hard of hearing. People need to be a little more understanding. The man next to him said okay sir not a problem and was very nice and seemed like he wanted to calm the situation down and de-escalate.The guy with the tone really needs to learn how to talk to customers, especially since he may not know what medical conditions they may have.If Leslies does not get back to me about this, I will just take my business elsewhere. Plenty of other pool supply stores around.Leslie's

The tech came out on 5/30/23 (call id ***************** to change the sand in our filter and connected the new pump we purchased from Leslies. Ever since the sand has been coming out of the jets into our pool. We reached back out to have Leslie's come back to fix this (note we did not have problems prior to the sand change). On 6/14/23 (call id ***************** ******, the service tech, came out along with another co-worker that did not have a Leslie's uniform on. They spent approximately ********************************************************************** the service truck for several minutes prior to departing. We called Leslie's to check the status of the parts and repair about a week later and ****** never put in the order nor did they information regarding the service call. It is now a month later and we are still getting the run around on what parts were ordered and when they will be in stock to fix our pool. ****** does not respond to phone calls nor text messages. The sales associate *** at the store today, 7/13/23, would not give out ******'s manager's name/number and told us to reach out to ****** again. This has been poorly handled. The additional work should be completed free of charge. Communication is basically non-existent with Leslie's.Leslie's

I Ordered a spa cover on April 23rd. After 7 weeks and receiving an email that my cover was ready to ship I called and was told it could be up to 8 weeks. After 9 weeks I called and was told it could be 10 to 12 weeks. After writing my review to Leslie's I finally got contacted by someone who found that it had not even been made yet.Today, on July 13th it finally showed up and it is the wrong size. It's only half the size of my hot tub. The correct dimensions were printed on the box but the cover was nowhere close to fitting.They said they would refund my credit card. I have not seen that yet. Now I have a hot tub without a cover and looks like it will be that way all summer do I had to drain it.Leslie's

I tried to make an appointment online for a service call. I hadn't selected a date or time yet and I got a message to call the 800 number. I call the 800 number and the person I spoke to tells me its a $130 + $45 fee for the technician to come out. I asked the same question several times on if the initial fee is waived if I get the work done by Leslie's. The person could not understand my question and just kept repeating yes the fee is $130 + 45. When I asked to speak to someone else she tells me her supervisor isn't available. I asked to speak to anyone else that could understand my question. She couldn't transfer me to anyone. So I called back again after I hung up with her. The issue with the next person I got on the call. I was so fed up I figured I'll make the appointment and deal with the technician that comes. After she takes all my information she tells me I see you already made an appointment online. I said no, I did not. I got a message to call in. Then she tells me that at this time they don't have any appointments. I asked why is that. Do they not service my location. She tells me that they might be busy. She couldn't see the schedule and only the service technician can and they will drop a note to the service technician to get in touch with me to schedule a time. What the ****, then why did I waste all this time talking to you when you don't even have the ability to schedule an appointment. It was the most frustration and horrible experience of my life.Leslie's

We made a service appointment for our pool. We were given a 4hr time window in the morning for them to come. I also had a medical appointment I changed in order to be home for the appointment. After the 4hr **** came and went without anyone coming or calling to say they would be late. I called to inquire about when someone would be coming. I was then told that someone would be here today at some point and if no one showed up by five I was to call them the next day to reschedule. I then had to cancel my medical appointment and was charged $95 for this cancellation in order to be home all day to wait for Leslies to come. I called again later in the afternoon and was told someone should be by soon. A half hour later I received a call that the service agent had clocked out for the day and would not be coming. I spent a whole day waiting for someone who never came. I am very disappointed in not only Leslies incompetence, but in their lack of professionalism to provide updates about the service agent. I plan to use another service to manage my pool even if it costs more money.Leslie's

A pool vacuum was taken in to be serviced by my boss. I went in to see what is the issue of it not being done. We were told that they tried to call numerous times in which looking at call log no calls came in for that time frame of 3 weeks that they had it. My boss went to go pick it up to take else where and the vacuum that they were trying to give her was not her vacuum. The next day I went there to look at vacuum and see what the issue was, they stated this was the vacuum my boss brought in and still needed to be fixed with parts that were coming from another store and it would be ready next day, I said ok I will check back tomorrow. The next day I went to pick up they lady that fixes the vacuums stated she hasn't gotten a chance to fix the vacuum, so I had to wait. Once finally done I was able to leave with vacuum we noticed none of the coloring of the vacuum match with the leaf catcher, and other items on the vacuum, and when trying it out in the pool it doesn't move around now. The wheels are so tight and the water doesn't flow through the lines anymore like it should. If this was her vacuum she wouldn't have any issues hooking back the lines as easy as it was to get them off. I know this place is a ***** that was trying to give her someone else's items. My boss is very unhappy with Leslie's Pool Supply and will never use them again.Leslie's

They are thieves and crooks! Do Not I repeat Do Not Do Business with them at all! We ordered a new filter and pump...no tracking number just had our order confirmation number email. I was walking my 1 yr son as my parents are handicapped and a fed ex truck pulled up and dropped of small heavy boxes. I purposely make the drivers leave all packages by our camera and tipped him. As I had to carry each heavy box to the yard myself. The next day a different driver dropped off a big box as I came outside and delivered a big box but said it was light so I was able to pull it into the yard. We called for the workers to come as my dad was on his way to dialysis they never showed in time given so he called and when they came said the most expensive part we paid for is missing even stating no one could have carried it in themselves. My father is trying to contact someone on his way to treatment again today and was told to call fed ex with the tracking. We have no boxes and I took over the phone call since I was the witness to all deliveries and we have proof. They left my yard dangerous and my son can get extremely hurt while someone investigates the missing 800 part been over 48 hrs already.Funny no tracking number and the employee who helped us with the order no longer works there and we are being charged for all of this and nothing was done. I sent pictures of each box looked everywhere for a tracking number. We do not have time for this and do not appreciate being accused of stealing. No one wants to help. This is a joke and if my son gets hurt our lawyer will be in contact as we are now going to investigate this business it's Shady! BEWARE!Leslie's
