      I booked an appointment a few weeks ago for heater diagnostic, my appointment was cancelled the day of, at 834am(appointment was scheduled between 8&12). Lady who called was extremely rude. I leave a review regarding this and reschedule for today, appointment between **** again, just got a call from the same rude lady saying the technician truck just broke down and is being towed. She is now targeting me because of a bad review, I will escalate this until I get answers. This is retaliation for my review of their services.

      Horrible experience! Technician was hired to open our pool, he put on hoses and equipment backwards, changed the circulation direction of our water, so now the water is not going into pump correctly. Put on hoses incorrectly so shut off valves are not in correct place so we can't change chemicals without flooding out area. When called to ask for him to come back out we get a month delay in service call. No luck with getting any help from the company, so now we will need to hire someone else to fix or fix on our own and out $400. Very very frustrating!

      I will NEVER EVER use this company. They are so unprofessional. I had an appointment for my pool opening the week before Memorial Day and just to be on the safe side I wanted to confirm and what a surprise, it was cancelled. I asked by whom and they had no answers. I called the local shop on Street Road and they said they would get back to me. Well, guess what? Never returned my call or offered any assistance getting the matter resolved. NEVER AGAIN, do not use this company, too many red flags.

      Leslies listed white ******* eyeball fittings in their online website- ordered them, got poorly manufactured beige off-brand fittings made of very crappy plastic. Called their customer ********************** ** number (got someone in asia) and they agreed to send out proper ******* parts. They sent exactly the same off-brand c*** in beige, then changed the website to remove the ******* name from the description. Called repeatedly to the phone number on the return address of the shipping label and left multiple messages no the persons voicemail whose name is on the Leslies corporate shipping label, got no callback after waiting a week. Deceptive, dishonest representation and an absolute refusal to treat a customer with the courtesy of a callback. Says all you need to know about the corporate office. Buy elsewhere. Apparently the unbelievably poor ratings are richly deserved. Help drive this crappy company out of business by taking your dollars elsewhere.

      Every time I call for service it takes two weeks to a month to get a technician out to my house. Every time I call for service I get someone in a different country who cant give me any updates and always tells me someone will call me back to set up service because they dont see any openings to schedule.

      Leslie's customer ********************** is horrible!! We bought a sand filter for our above ground pool a little over a year ago at our local Leslie's as their recommendation. A significant piece broke inside the filter. We went to the local store, and they can't replace the part because they no longer carry the **** Sandpro 75D. They have not even tried to help us out with finding a part. They offered for us to buy a new sand filter for more than we paid for the one we have. We have tried to contact the manufacturer and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. Leslie's doesn't have a phone number for the manufacturer for us to call, beyond the one I found online. Leslie's has done nothing to try and rectify this issue. This purchase was $500. Now we have a pool with no pump and filter!

      The company is run by non-professionals. They take your money and have no guarantee of their workmanship or tech. owed to customer receipt. They are rip offs and haven't any remorse. The *** ******************* is not holding anyone accountable for their actions towards customers. AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS!!!!

      We recently purchased a expensive pool cleaner within the last 4 months. The pool cleaner does t do well with the shape and depth of our pool so my husband took it in to our local store. The assistant store manager helped him and wasnt very informative and didnt provide detail on the options. The assistant store manager expressed that someone would reach out that day, no one did. I called the next day, he claimed he would have to go above and beyond to assist because it was a Sunday. All the while, Leslies is open for a standard day on Sundays He or someone was supposed to reach back out to us and they didnt for the second time. I called and ultimately I was extremely frustrated because he told me, in short, that he was the messenger, he did his part and there is nothing else we can do unless we purchase a new cleaner. He told me that he didnt have time for me, that I needed to express my grievance in a survey. I asked that if I came to the store if he would then give me the time a day? No, he talked over me continuously, threatened to call the cops, Kick me out of the store if I came in and submit a complaint to HR. The conversation de-escalated because I gave up on the argument. I have never had such poor customer ********************** with any company as I have had with the assistant store manager at Leslies.
