This company is totally UNREPUTABLE and are out simply to prey on seniors. They got my brother to somehow give them his signature - he has no recollection how, but they contacted his insurance company--got them to send any correspondence to them instead of my brother and they've cashed over $10,000 from the insurance company without repairing the roof. BAD business.

1 starI would advise anyone who is even thinking about having repairs done, to do your homework first before signing with AdjustPro. Because there is a big difference in what you pay if you decide not to go with this company. This company is not up front with you. I signed on a tablet that for some reason at that time didn't bring up any writing to tell what it was for. But, their representative said "OH, THAT'S OK! THEY'LL SEE IT AT THE OFFICE." Alright I initialed 3 other times with the same. I did not receive a copy of what I signed. When we called *******. that we spoke to about having our roof repaired and ask him for a copy of what I signed he said "I didn't sign anything." "OH YES I DID!" I shot back. How many people have they gotten with this? That's when we got concerned and started looking at the BBB. We finally received a copy from AdjustPro. However when we spoke to *******. that had come to our home he stated that if for some reason we did not go with their company to have the work done on our roof, that AdjustPro would charge us 10% of what the ************* pays to have the roof done. NOT SO. On the papers I signed and Initialed, They charge 30%. No wonder you can't see what your signing. We also received a call from someone from AdjustPro. They didn't ask if we ever decided on a date to start on our roof, No! They just wanted to know if we received a check from the ************* yet. Received a check? After reading comments from other Elderly Folks on the BBB, it told us all we needed to know about this company. Us Elderly need to be more careful with who we choose to do business with, not everyone is honest.Review fromDeysi M

They told me they would get my whole roof paid for by my insurance company in 2021. After they only got a repair paid for and I asked to cancel, they told me they would take 25%. I did not hear from them for almost 2 years and they tried to get me to sign a contract after finally reaching back out! They lie to get people to sign guaranteeing no obligation, but keep the checks from the insurance either way! Horrible company who I feel is committing fraud.AdjustPro Solutions LLC

1 star******* came to my door in September and promised to get my whole roof approved and GUARANTEED I would not pay a dime. It is now February and my roof is only half approved. They wont let me cancel without taking 30% and will only do my repair if I finance and buy solar panels. I have called ******* multiple times and no answer. They had me sign something that allowed them to directly collect my insurance check and now refuse to cancel or do my repairs.Review fromAnthony O

1 starI was approached yesterday by the hired door knockers at AdjustPro Solutions LLC. I'm actually in the market for a new roof this year so I figure I'd listen to their pitch. There were two young gentleman nice and such but they're just the knockers to lure you in. They told me their supervisor would come by shortly to discuss my options for getting the roof paid for through my insurance. I should have seen the red flags but I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and then just call it off if it seemed scammy. The supervisor never came by which got me thinking about it so I looked the company up and they're based out of *** and have had multiple bad reviews on the BBB. So just beware out there fellow community members, dont fall for their BS. They have multple bad reviews about how they took people's money and never followed up. I also noticed they backtrack on every bad review posted on the BBB website with zero followup. Let it be known, AdjustPro I do not want your service, do not bother me, do not contact me, you already have enough bad reviews so here's mine.Review fromTrinidad M
