  I hired Express Flooring to complete a flooring project that began on September 10, and as of today, the job is still not completenearly 10 months later. The delays have been constant and communication has been nearly nonexistent.The baseboards took an unreasonably long time to finish, and when they finally did install them, they didnt even move the bedso the baseboard is not attached to the wall behind it. In the master bedroom, there are two different levels of flooring where transitions were never properly installed, creating an uneven and unprofessional look.Worse, in the kitchen, they have yet to install the quarter round, leaving jagged cuts exposed along the edge of the flooring. It looks unfinished and sloppy.I have made more than 30 calls to try to get someone to address these issues. I have only received about 5 responses, and nothing has been resolved. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend Express Flooring to anyone based on how theyve handled this job.

  I have been dealing with this company for weeks to try and get them to fix their mistakes. Filed two complaints made some requests from the company and they have yet to fix their problem from cuts to the vinyl planks having color issues. There is a lot to unpack but I am filing a complaint with the BBB. I do not recommend anyone going with this company. What they sold me I did not get.

  They did a fine job installing carpet for us. Our issue is with their referral ******** SIL had used them and referred them to us. But she can't seem to get her referral bonus.After numerous calls from both of us, they finally sent her some forms to fill out. We've never heard of or had to do this with any other company to receive a referral ******** last call finally resulted in some information. Their billing department (which you cannot talk to directly) requires these forms to be filled ******* form is a W-9 "Request for Taxpayer Identification Number". Basically, it's asking for her SS number! Nope to that.The second form is asking for her customer job number. She no longer has that information. Shouldn't they have it?The third form is asking for her bank routing and account number for electronic fund transfer. Nope to that, too. She doesn't want that; she wants a ******** shouldn't require jumping through hoops and giving out personal and financial information to get a referral bonus.And therefore, we cannot endorse them to anyone.

  This company took over a month to do what they promised would be a one and a half day project. They didn't show up several times that they were scheduled. I missed work one of those days. They didn't show damage to my baseboard and walls, and other damage. They promised me a partial refund, but they never made good on that.

  Very professional, prompt, helpful and thorough. I recommend Express Flooring. From the original call to get information to the installation, it was all a positive experience.

  Express Flooring came in to install laminate flooring throughout my house. We had issues with the work done. They came back on March 5th for an inspection. We havent heard anything from the coordinator since the inspection. Weve called customer service numerous times to follow up. We were told a manager would call us back within 2 business day. No one called. The second time we called, we were told that the installation manager would call back within 2 business days. No one called. The third time we called, we were told that our case was going to the regional manager and could expect a call back soon. We are still waiting for that call.

  This is our second time having something installed in our home. Weve also had an installation at our sons home, very professional very fast. A lot of experience there was a hiccup at my sons house, but they rectified it and made it 100%. The referral program is awesome as well. We will definitely use them again in the future.
