      Really appreciate a company that comes quotes and does what they say they will do and on a timely basis. Rooms look great!! I do highly recommend them often.

      Express Flooring delivered as promised on our project. They updated our home (2200 square feet) with new flooring. They did an exceptional job.

      This company is not what it used to be. We purchased flooring from them this week. What should have been an easy 2 day MAX project for a bedroom and bathroom has turned into a nightmare. The first day the installer showed up with the wrong flooring. The next day he left early. We are now stuck with a half finished project and NOBODY will call us back or provide resolution. ************* cannot help. The Install Coordinator doesn't respond. You should RUN from this this unethical company.

      Love that they were able to install the next week. Also with little kids, it was amazing that they were willing to move all of our furniture the day of and get the install done in a day. Love the quality carpet too! Would recommend and will use in the future.

      Save yourself disappointment and headaches. *****************. Misinformation about the flooring, the qualifications of the workers (said they were "certified") and since there is no certification for laying tile or wood floors... I busted them immediately on that lie. Phone calls either not returned or delayed for days. I'm sure that some customers are pleased... I say... they're lucky. Oh, I had another flooring company come in for a quote and they were competitive to Express Flooring. So... fellow consumers... get 3 quotes... it's worth the time

      **** and his team did an amazing job. Ww would and will definitely refer them to family, friends, neighbors. 5 STAR all the way! **** and his team took pride in their work and were very eager once completed to have us inspect the room and everything was picked up. It was actually like having family in our home doing the work. We got to talk and chuckle everyone was in good mood. Thank you ****! :)

      I was originally very happy with the floor that I had installed, BUT I have a problem with it and they won't do anything about it. The installers left adhesive on the seams of my floor that will not come off and the floor looks terrible. I contacted EF and they sent a representative to look at the floor and he acknowledged the problem and told me the floor should have been cleaned before the installers left. He assured me that they would take care of it. But on the day of the appointment to clean my floor, the workers implied that I was a poor housekeeper and refused to perform the service. I asked them to call their office to straighten this out and they just left! I have had no follow up phone call from EF over this incident, and they won't return phone calls. They obviously don't care about the customer or customer service after they get paid. In hindsight, even though I would have paid more and waited longer for new flooring, I wish I would have gone with a company that truly cares about their customers both before and after the service is performed. I would not recommend Express Flooring and would encourage anyone who is considering them to proceed with caution.
