Just had another GREAT install from the Express Flooring team! ******************* and his crew arrived just when they said they would and got right to work. They moved things from my room that I hadnt been able to get to.thank you, ****! Also, SUPER impressed with the efficiency!!! They completed a two day job in just one day! The seams arent noticeable at all! The edges look spectacular!! The stairs are great!! Just SO SO HAPPY with the installation job, and with Express Flooring for making this purchase one of the easiest Ive made in months! Not a hard decision at all! Great selection! Great value! Thanks, guys!!

The installers did a wonderful job! My new carpet looks great. They came right on time, took away all the old carpet, moved the big furniture and put it all back. I will definitely use Express Flooring again.Express Flooring

5 starsI am very pleased with my experience, for the most part! *****, in sales, was super to work with. He gave me a no-nonsense price that I could not say no to. He beat all deals I had gotten. When the crew came to work, they went to work making sure the furniture was not damaged during the movement. ******* and **** were craftsmen as far as I am concerned. I was impressed with both ************************* (knowledgeable), Salesman, **** (friendly/hardworking), the installer and ******* (personable) who gave me a follow up phone call after installation. I'm a huge believer in winning attitudes and exceptional customer service. Great experience with Express Tile. ******-the sales rep-found the tiles that we wanted, after several visits to the house, and haggled with him to lower the price, which he did. Buck-the supervisor-had several installed tiles removed/replaced because my wife didnt like the small sizes, and **** and his crew did a great job installing the tiles and returned the heavy furnishings. I scheduled an appointment for measuring and look at samples on August 1 between 9 and 11 am. Never showed up. Is this how you treat your customers? Lost my business. CYAExpress Flooring

This company does not care just looking for fast money. Hence the name Express Flooring. Manipulative personal and frankly do not care to make right. DO NOT USE !!!! HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Express Flooring

The issue is not resolved and every time the company sends someone they have no idea what the problem is and are ill-prepared to fix it. What a waste of my hard-earned money. When I last spoke with a "supervisor" he said it was my fault. WOW, how appalling. I now have to seek another company and spend more money to fix my floors. If you are reading this review DO NOT, I REPEAT NO NOT USE EXPRESS FLOORING. They don't care and are not equipped to do the job. Basically, the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. The sales reps have no knowledge to advise or consult properly, the installation team just comes in damages your floors and baseboards, and do not check the work. Just don't use this company. The flooring is absolutely perfect! The customer service with ********************** is top notch! The installers were professional and took pride in the job. They went above and beyond to make sure the install was perfect and it was. I would refer this company to anyone looking for a fantastic product with customer service from beginning to end!Express Flooring
