The experience was very good. The sales associate/decorator offered several opinions & many selections to choose from. The scheduling team was very attentive & was in touch several times. The installation team did a great job & took care when moving the furniture. They cleaned up & were very thorough & polite.Express Flooring

Great crew polite. got job done in 4 days. big job 5 rooms. had to take out 2 rooms with tile, 2 rooms carpet. we are happy with flooring and installation. Thank youExpress Flooring

The carpeting that I purchased from Express Flooring is absolutely beautiful. The service received by the two installers were wonderful to say the least. They moved the furniture and were very careful.ensuring that nothing would be damaged. The installation was done perfectly. They put the furniture back in every room perfectly. I did go to other Carpet companies and Express Flooring had the best price, the best warranty/guarantee, the representative answered all my questions, he too was fantastic, service is benchmark at Express Flooring. Express Flooring does not disappoint with their flooring choices..the representative was very honest, and the installers were excellent.Express Flooring

The sales person seemed perfectly nice but he was clearing thinking we didn't get his I'm going to overestimate the price then call my boss and tell you it's less routine. The problem started when I wanted to request my install crew. I knew from someone else a crew that did a good job. He promised me they were not contractors but yet I told the card of the contractor in my hands (toro flooring). He also told me it would save money to get my own baseboards but he told me the wrong amount needed (yes I did add in waste) after I had to call him to ask for that number.Now the installers arrive and we can barely communicate. First day the installer is trying to tell me something about extra costs for the floor. He has a sales person call and tells me about trim for the baseboard that I need to buy. I didn't think that was what he was trying to communicate and was promised a call back. That didn't happen, continue to work. Day 3 they are finishing demo on the downstairs and is telling me it's not level downstairs. I tell him I want it level he said sales will call. No one calls and I hear some grinding and come down to floors being placed over the area. They finish a 2300 Sq job in 4 days.Starting to put things back the next day we start to notice that the floor is not level and make you can feel it sinking under your feet. I call the sales guys who says he will look into it. Never calls me back. Get call from this other company saying they will come out to inspect. Installer shows up the next day and I show him my concerns. Told it's fine but they do agree to fix a few areas and I was told they will review the photos. The installer show back up. Attempt to fix the two areas. One area is mostly fixed. They other they created another issue. While they were working I text the supervisor to ask if photo had been reviewed as I know they left holes in my kitchen. The photos are magically not there.Express Flooring

A team of two installers from Express Flooring worked on repairing the flooring we felt needed fixed. The men worked together to replace four door thresholds, several areas of the quarter round, and completed a complete redo of one bathroom. It made a better impression when we saw the change after the redo. Excellent job done with great people who had flooring knowledge and experience to do it right.Express Flooring
