      I made an inquiry with this business ONCE and started getting dozens of calls per day. I have specifically asked them at least 10 times to take me off of their call list and weeks later I am still getting dozens of phone calls per day. They start very early in the morning and go well into the evening. They have often been rude, as well. I would warn people not to call them.

      In November I had flooring installed. When walking on the floor, there were dips throughout. They scheduled for a member of the installation team to inspect the floors in January. They came out walked on the floor and said the floor was not leveled. So then they scheduled for the team with a supervisor to come and level the floor and reinstall. *********************, Supervisor, came with a team. ****** sent the team to do another job. Re-inspected my floor and said they iukd schedule again fir reinstallation. In April the same team came came out and said there was nothing wrong with my floors. I spoke with ****** and he said they would go ahead and level the floor. That same team left without telling me and then I received a call from ****** stating that the team.left because they didn't think they could do a better job than they already did. So he said he would send someone back to my house. That was a on a Saturday. No word from. ****** or anyone at Express Flooring. On Monday or Tuesday I called to complain and to speak to the president of the company. No luck. They did schedule a new team at my request. The new team came the following Saturday and leveled my floors. Not sure why it took all of this from November. Why didn't they level my floors to start?

      I like to start by saying we were very excited to get our floors redone. We wanted to choose a very professional company and thats the reason we chose Express Flooring. We called to set up an appointment for a quote. We had the guy come to our house measure our floor and got to choose from a few tiles, they brought with them. The guy asked me if we were going to be financing. I said yes, I completed the financing application ran my credit. Everything was good. We had scheduled a start date. We even had them come one more time to give us another tile sample With grout colors. Based on the start date, we started moving our furniture getting the house clear ready for the work. We had very very minimal communication. No one was reaching out. I had to call multiple times to get a hold of someone. The start date came around. No one ever showed up. We waited a few extra days no one ever showed up. The finance people were wondering if we were ever gonna start our project I told him we werent sure since no one showed up to our house. A week past two weeks past I called but I wasnt able to get anything resolved. Green sky ended up, calling me and advise me to cancel the financial part to prevent any fraud from happening. Extremely disappointed and upset.

      I had LVP installed. I think they sent out 2 guys that were not very experienced. First, they ground down the subfloor. In hindsight, after speaking with a few knowledgeable guys, I should have never let that happen. My furniture was not covered during the grinding process sooo.yeah. Not happy. Damaged drywall and baseboards which when they put them back everything was fixed ,covered up with caulking! Nail holes not filled, used my tub to rinse out their dirty rags and then left the water in it as they clogged the drain ! I dont usually use this bathroom so it was 2 days before I noticed it! I had to scrub it a few times to get the grime out of it ( still has a noticeable ring around it). The transition strips were put on backwards! I called and complained. I was told a job inspector would come out. A few days later, at 8 am two guys with no insignia on their shirts showed up at my door. Poor work quality and overpriced!!!! Never again will I use them and I will tell as many people as I can.

      Price was right compared to competitors, Sales rep was very knowledgeable about product and extremely helpful. Install crew was very professional and skillful. Quickly removed and installed flooring to exceptional standards. Highly recommend for all your flooring needs

      ROBBED & WORST FLOORING COMPANY, ABSOLUTE DISASTER! Their sales person did not recommended the product we were looking for. Trusting them was a mistake. I have addressed an issue that my floors need service, they are warping at the seams, chipped in less than a year. They have not finished the trimmings around my kitchen island. They asked for pictures, I provided. They sent an inspector, he recommended we tear it all out and re-lay new ones. Even with the inspector physically coming here to also see we have a unique situation because the flooring was not recommended correctly initially- express flooring says we did these damages LOCALLY, it is not covered under warranty. Obviously a cheap product they put down with no MIL protective layer on it cause it to warp with general daily cleaning with a swifter causes.No mention that they will come to finish the trimming, nor will this wear and tear is covered. Instead of making it right for customers who trusted their guidance, they want to do everything they can to find a way NOT to honor the lifetime warranty. The original sales guy made the warranty sound so easy and gave us an example if you feel you need to replace the whole thing because its not looking good, pick up the phone and call for service and replacing it with the warranty, no problem Ive had nothing but PROBLEMS and been tossed around to several different people. They dont get back to you when they say they will. Installer ****** was hard to get a hold of. Installation coordinator voicemails full or when you leave a message to another agent, no return calls. We saved up to get our floors done and they ask you in the beginning what are you looking for: we specified waterproof, kid proof, pet proof and what we have is NOT. we went with them because they sell you on the ease of lifetime warranty AND labor warranty.BUT they just told me it is not covered. WHAT A JOKE and no INTEGRITY to do right by the customer by any such means.

      Worst company EVER!!!!! I had them install my flooring 3 years ago. They NEVER FINISHED IT FROM 3 YEARS AGO. I had someone come out and evaluate everything OVER A MONTH AGO TO CONFIRM THAT THE *** WASN'T FINISHED. I'VE CALLED EVERY WEEK AND NO ANSWER NO CALL BACKS NO NOTHING!!!!!! I paid IN FULL for this and they just took my money an RAN!!!!!*************************** CALL ME **** IT!!!!!
