We had carpet replaced. The whole experience was great from the initial visit for the estimate to the final install. Everything went smoothly. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was finished. Looks great! Would definitely recommend.

Express Flooring:1) Purchase was made on 10-08-20 with a lifetime warranty on installation.2) At $10,000 we received inferior quality carpet on 10/12/20.3) Installation work was poor. a) We received what I believe was left over carpet from the warehouse resulting in using carpet that had flaws on the edges. b) Seams are very visible. c) The carpet was not stretches properly causing wrinkling.4) When we called we only got a receptionist who, supposedly, relays the message to another person.5) Finally, an appointment is made for restretching the carpet at 9:00 Monday morning 08/29/22.6) We received a call telling us that the carpet stretcher would be there between 4:00 and 6:00, but nobody came and we did not receive a call saying that no one would be coming.7) We tried to call at 6:15 to find out what happened to the carpet installer, but hey could not find a record of the appointment.8) We received a call at about 7:30 AM the next morning for someone coming at 8:00 AM. But, he was told to just measure the room that needed carpet restretching. . .What!?Express Flooring

Their "Lifetime Labor Warranty" only covers "buckles" (wrinkling) for two years. After three years, the carpets they installed for me were buckling all over the place. I paid them $150 to fix them. So, if you use them, be aware that they think two years is a "lifetime". Maybe for a fruit fly. To me, it smacks of false and misleading advertising.Express Flooring

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! RUN from this company! I have tried now a MYRIAD of times to get our issues resolved but after yesterday, Friday, August 19th, when we waited all day -- AGAIN -- for German to show up to correct our flooring -- WE ARE DONE! DONE with excuses! DONE with people not communicating or working with scheduling. DONE with ignored texts, requests, voicemails DESPERATELY asking for them to "JUST FINISH THE ***** WE ARE DONE! DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY -- ********* -- BE CAREFUL! Smells pretty bad from where I'm standing in the middle of the mess they left in my home with no resolution in sight! If they can't communicate, then I can't engage with them or any other business that does customers this way!Express Flooring

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Very unprofessional. Sales people are not experienced and bid jobs incorrectly, then they expect you to pay more for their mistakes. Installation crews are extremely unprofessional and inexperienced. Took months to get my floors where they are now and it STILL isn't correct. They either show up late or don't show up at all. They ruined a portion of my grass by the front porch. They ruined my carpet at each bedroom transition by trying to glue the incorrect transitions in place. My floors are still unlevel. The *** is separating at the seams. Endless list of problems. This company should be put out of business! Contact me and I will help you find a reputable company so that you don't experience what we went through.Express Flooring
