    FlooringInc is a company with terrible customer service, and a subpar product. I would not recommend working with them. They sent me floors with a decent turn around, but didnt provide me the supplies I ordered to install the floors. They didnt tell me they were on back order with no line of site until I reached out to them. When I finally got my own material to install the flooring, I noticed one of the rolls was damaged. I took photos of the damage and reached out to their customer service. Over a week later I get a response back saying they need updated photos that need to have a tape measurer next to the damage. I explained I finished the job with a limited scope and through out the damaged material several days earlier. It was obvious from my photos there was only a few feet of damage but they told me they werent able to help with anything unless I provided additional photos. Very disappointing communication and support for their product.

    I would leave 0 if it was an option. I ordered almost $20k of flooring in the beginning of May. It arrived at the end of may with 2 rolls being damaged so I had to send back those pallets. Waited 2-3 weeks for my replacements, only to have another roll be damaged and have to send that back as well. All the while, zero updates from the company, no tracking to know it's shipping, nothing. I called to follow up and was told it would be shipping 6/13. On 6/17 I follow up to be told it the replacement order was never placed. On 6/19 I'm told that's not true it's shipping 6/20. On 6/20 I call and am told there's a delay and it won't ship until 7/3. I have asked multiple times to speak with a manager, none come to the phone or call back. I am opening a business and can't do so without my flooring, this is absolutely unacceptable. The way you run your business is disgusting.

    Same story here..ordered Mar 22 and said "in stock" and would ship Mar *****, one month later and zero communication from this company. I finally reached customer service after several attempts and got the " we will check on it and email you.." story.

    I'm afraid from all the other reviews that I'm having the same experience with getting a hold of customer service. I sent an email to their customer service and didn't receive a response. I was able to IM chat with one person who said they would reach back when they hear from the warehouse about my order but I was not contacted back. Tried calling in and was on the phone queue for too long, even though the wait queue stated was 2 minutes. Tried chat support again and no response. Can someone assist me with my order and send me what I paid for? I have an incomplete floor where part of the items were shipped, yet it states my order is complete on their website. Very disappointed that I'm not getting shipped what I paid for and ***** even shows me they are waiting for the rest of the shipment (Label created, pending product). What does it take to get a response from this company and action taken?

    Unfortunately, my order was one tile short. I ordered 17 "Gray-20%" floor tiles, and somehow only 16 made it to the floor. Not sure where the missing tile went, but whatever - should be easy to order ONE additional tile, right? **** - not with this company. I have called numerous times to try and order a single replacement tile (I've even offered to pay for it) but I cannot get any type of response and no one will call me back.I had written a five-star review because the ordering and shipping process was great. But...watch out if you have any issues with your order, you will be ghosted by this company.

    They sent my gym flooring with 2 rips in it and told me to just trim off the ripped pieces. I have reached out multiple times for a refund or replacement with no resolution. It is now 4 weeks and I have yet to move my gym equipment in the room because of this situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone

    I own a private gym and ordered $9k worth of rubber flooring. I was confident in making the purchase due to a previous successful order. However, the flooring is literally crumbling- leaving black pieces all over causing my customers to complain. Weve reached out multiple times to customer service and have yet to recieve help with this issue. Very disappointed with the quality and lack of service for a repeat customer.

    Placed an order on 12/2/2024 with the expectation that my order would arrive well before Christmas as it was going to be used as a gift. Shipping cost just as much as my order but didn't think anything of it since the reviews I've read,(not on this site) were good. After week 2 I started getting concerned and reached out since I had no tracking or Shipping information still. Spoke with 3 different people who assured me that my order was being processed and shipped according to schedule and that it was being shipped on 12/19/2024. What schedule since I had no idea when anything was to arrive. I spoke with someone today who told me that after trying to contact the production team, they were closed. Mind you it was 2pm in the afternoon on Friday. He told me that tracking information should be emailed to me today and nothing yet. I was told by the gentleman today that they are closed on Saturdays but I read the hours are open on Saturdays. I'm so confused, frustrated, and anxious of this company being a scam which is why I'm writing this review. I pray I will receive my order at all.

    I ordered rubber flooring on 2 December and chose the "quick ship" option that was listed on the website as shipping within 1-5 business days. I also ordered seam sealer, adhesive remover and rubber flooring glue. The confirmation email upon ordering explicitly states that you will be notified when it ships. I was not notified and the seam sealer arrived around 6 days later with nothing else. I tried to call in and was on hold for over an hour. I then chatted them online and they said "quick ship is 5-7 business days" so I screenshot their exact website and sent it to them where it says 1-5 business days and they had nothing to respond to that. I asked for an update on my order. "we need to call the manufacturer and will email you." no email. I chat them again the next day "okay its saying 17 December." 17 December rolls around and I only get the adhesive remover still no rubber flooring or glue. I chat the agent again and they said one again they need to contact the manufacturer and would email me. This is the 4th or 5th time now that I have tried to contact them just to get a firm shipping/delivery date. This is literally 3 rolls of rubber flooring for small home gym. Its nothing commercial and it was listed as in stock and ready to ship. This company literally has no idea where any of their orders are in the pipeline and just gaslights customers along the way. They are not transparent about known delays or stock levels and do not respect customers who have paid for materials. My order number is ends in 8107. I want this resolved ASAP. I have a project scheduled, contractors scheduled and deposits already paid for and this company is holding me up. Its not ethical to advertise a shipping timeframe that you consistently cannot meet.
