    Can't say that things have improved. I was given a delivery date that has changed numerous times. Finally, they agreed to cancel the order and process the cancellation by the end of the day and four days later this hasn't happened.

    We ordered flooring, edging, and tape on 10/31. Once we saw the order for shipping was $300, we immediately went to website to cancel. It was after hours, so we wrote an e-mail and also left contact info on website. No response the next day so called repeatedly, including leaving contact info for call back. Finally got a live person in the afternoon on Friday. He said he was able to cancel the full order. Then Tuesday comes, and I get an email that our order was shipped (tape and edging). I contacted again, and our only choice is to refuse the package. We had to physically write a note on our door to refuse so as not to have to pay shipping to return. We didn't get confirmation that the flooring was cancelled until that Wed, 11/6. They said over 5 days ago that the refund was processed. We still have over $900 charged on our credit card. One reply back stated our order shipped on 10/28 (BEFORE our order), stating we could pay for shipping to return the edging/tape. Communication is terrible, and we will never order from this company again. We did NOT receive any of the cancelled order only due to hours of our time but still don't have our money back. Order was 10/31 and cancel confirmed 11/1. Charge is still there on 11/16.

    At first the customer service we received was great. We had help finding the flooring we needed and getting a good deal on it. However after we ordered, everything fell apart. We never received shipping notification or tracking for 15 rolls of Marley flooring so we had no idea when it would arrive.The delivery person called the building owner (we rent space) on his way who then called us instead of calling us directly. We were only then informed we were supposed to provide several strong men to unload the Marley. This was not possible so we asked them to reschedule delivery. They refused, instead leaving the Marley flooring outside the building.Most frustrating is that when I called to talk to our contact - ***** he at first was very apologetic and said that was not how it was supposed to happen and he would speak to his supervisors. But even after repeatedly calling and being promised a call back from management, I have never heard anything.Very disappointed in the quality of care and the lack of responsibility shown by the company to rectify a stressful and potentially catastrophic situation. Thankfully our ****** was not ruined or stolen being left outside but no thanks to flooringinc.

    Ordered the Nitro Flex Tiles with the purpose of covering my shop floor to give it it a nice professional visual appeal. That is the only good thing about these tiles. These are supposed to be an interlocking floating floor system with the ability to replace tiles as needed. Here are several problems with them. The first being, they cannot come into contact with direct sunlight for more than about 1-2 minutes otherwise they expand to the point were they pop up and deform to the point that they cause tripping hazards. So if you have a garage door that gets any sunlight whatsoever, forget about leaving the door open while you work. The only time you have is to pull a vehicle in or out and close the door immediately otherwise they start to expand and buckle and pop out of the seems. Then the best part is, when they cool back down to room temp, the affected tiles do not contract back to original size and won't lock back in to the tiles they originally popped out from so all the tiles that were affected now have lips from the interference of the locking tabs or the edge of the tile next to or adjacent to. Who knows if these tiles will contract enough to lock back in at any point without being warped. Second reason is even if the tiles don't see direct sunlight, any tiles that have an abject on them such as a workbench, mill, lathe, air compressor etc that does't allow the tile to expand and contract with surrounding tiles, the tiles around those tiles that have objects resting on them pop the seams around the base of the object causing lifted areas and I have tripped over them many times now and Im sure at some point this will cause an injury of some sort. I contacted the company and their response to the problem was to glue the affected tiles to the concrete which completely defeats the purpose of a floating floor with the ability to replace individual tiles. Unfortunately I don't have enough room to complete my review but my advice would be to STAY AWAY!!!!!

    ****, I am sorry that you are having such a hard time with the tiles expanding due to the heat. When these were installed may I ask if a sufficient gap was made between the wall and the tiles to allow for expansion? If a gap of at least 4.5mm was left then these tiles will buckle when the sun hits them and they heat up. : When piecing interlocking tiles together, adhesives are usually not used since the weight of the product is enough to keep the floor tiles from moving. However, if you do experience movement and would like to ensure that the tiles do not slide at all, you can use some double-sided tape or mat tape around the perimeter of the installation to prevent any movement.

    ********************** | Sales Team Sales Flooring Consultant This is a review of the above lady I have ordered a few times and I had an error that needed to be corrected. For 4 hrs , yes that long, I was on the phone ... disconnected 2 times ... answered and again on hold ... needless to say it was a nightmare. My last try , I got ******** who explained she was a trainee but would find the answer. And to make it short she did. Those are the exceptional employees you should know you have. I give her 5 stars

    I placed an order for 6 tiles on Saturday, March 2nd. I had a problem with the order as each time I got to check out either the quantity changed or the color changed. After three attempts, my selection was saved. I processed payment. I received an e-mail confirmation and the size and color was incorrect. The link to check my order was broken and it still not working. I started calling immediately. Since Saturday, I have called almost a dozen times, sent numerous e-mails, tried to use the text and chat option. You can call, wait on hold (hold time is 2 minutes...hold time is 3 mins.) then after ***** minutes an automated voice will come on and say "due to unusually high call volume we are unable to take your call at this time" and they hang up on you. EVERY TIME. No one is responding to me. Today is Thursday, March 7th. The package (wrong merchandise) was delivered today. I never heard from Rubber Flooring. I filed a complaint with Paypal, my credit card company and I am going to file one with BBB. This company is a scam. Dig into their reviews. I have sent another e-mail asking for an RA number to return these tiles. I am on hold again trying to get an RA number and was told the hold time was 2 mins. I was on hold for 11 mins when I got the same "we are unable to take your call at this time due to unusually high call volume, please leave a message and a highly trained specialist will return your call within one day" I left a message. This company is a scam. The 5 star reviews are fake. Try calling yourself before ordering and see if you get a live person. Don't call the "sales" number. Buyer beware. Do you homework. My next correspondence will be with the BBB. I have all of my e-mails, text, and phone logs to show I have made several attempts to contact Rubber Flooring and they have completely ignored me.

    I would never order from this customer. Here is why.1. I received a confirmation email immediately after placing my order. The link to view my order/order status was broken.2. A couple of days after order was placed, I received an email stating that it would be a week late.3. Waited on a call for customer support for 15 minutes when the queue stated 4. The support representative informed me the entire order had in fact been pushed back, but would ship on the new date. I asked about a refund, but was told it would be a week or more before the money was placed back into my account. This left me without an option to get different tiles to install from local resources and install during my vacation (which is why I ordered for that date).4. When the tiles did come, it was only a partial order. I received a new email stating part of the order had been pushed back once again.5. I called support. Waited 20 minutes this time when the queue stated it was a 2 minute wait. This support representative put me on hold to sort the order issue out. After being on hold for another 20 to 30 minutes, I was hung up on. I called back once again, but received no answer after another 20 minutes in the queue.6. Second batch (same order) showed up 10+ days late. Once again, this was only a partial. I received another new email that night stating my order has been delayed. This time MY ORDER WAS DELAYED ANOTHER MONTH! Not only that, check out how they offer to help. This is a line from that 3rd email. "This ticket was created on your behalf as all of our agents are currently helping other customers. We appreciate your patience and we look forward to assisting you, due to our high volume this may be within 5 business days." What!?It is a straight wrong to say you are going to ship on a certain date, and then string me along for a month and a half by dropping partial amounts and giving a new email. You had no problem taking my money and leaving me hanging. I'm at a loss.

    Just bought and installed ~**** sq ft of rolled rubber flooring. I dont understand the bad reviews I read. We had zero issues. Delivery was timely (although no warning - we had to keep checking website ourselves), the delivery guy was fantastic and the mats looked pristine and well protected. Zero issues once rolled and installed. Perfect! Love the confetti color as just enough color to not be boring and hides the dirt a bit.
