    The customer service I received today from ****** was world-class! He helped me get order # ******* squared away smoothly even though it took some legwork on his end.     Re Order: ******* My customer service representative consistently followed through to replace a box sent with the incorrect color of flooring. I received and opened the replacement box, and it is in the correct color. I greatly appreciate his help to obtain the correct color boards to finish my flooring project.

    I am extremely and impressed with my customer experience with ****** this evening. After realizing I couldnt accommodate part of my order (Order #*******) that was already placed, he swiftly was able to cancel the other part of my order. He took the time at the end of the business to get his managers approval and make this a quick and painless transaction. As for the rubber flooring that my fianc and I received, we absolutely love it in our home gym and I would recommend this company to everybody! Thank you ****** for ensuring an outstanding customer experience!

    Ordered 28 cases of carpet tile. The delivery came and we received 11 cases, less than half of what we paid for. Someone received these on my behalf, opening every box and counting every tile to sign off on while delivery guys were standing there in 90+ degree weather wasn't practical. When I got home, I counted them all to make sure that nothing was consolidated - nope. 11 boxes, each with 16 tiles. Should be 28 boxes each with 16 tiles. Tried emailing - no response. Tried texting - bounces back as undeliverable. Tried chat - chat box on the site doesn't open. Tried calling - sit on hold for 35 minutes at a time, each time after a while it says **************** agents are helping other customers and to leave a callback - good luck with that. All I want is a way to get what I ordered and paid for. The renovation is at a complete standstill because we don't have all of the flooring we need. Frustrating is an understatement.

    Hello *****, I do apologize for the experience you have had with this order, from what I see the product is being discontinued and the production facility did not have enough stock to fulfill the full order, so they sent you what was available and we will be crediting you back in full for the mistake.
