    Good people to do business with. I got my flooring within two days unfortunately the accessories came out of a different state it took about seven days to get those. Floor went down great. We actually ordered too much flooring and so their return policy is very good and we are in the process of returning some extra flooring. **************** is always really been good. Would recommend this company again

    I had a few issues with my order, one being that of the 9 rolls of Marley 5 of them were cut 10 feet too short. The delivery company they used the first time did not deliver to the door so I had to Lug all 9 rolls up to the 2nd floor. I was told I had to prove they were too short by rolling each one out and measure and send pics. So I did that. It took a long time to get it approved. The wait time was long on holds and it was sometime hard to get someone on the line. They ran out of the one I had and I didn't want to wait so one side of 4 rolls were gray and the other 5 white. The good thing in it all is ***** really tried to work with me and make things right. It was a rough road but in the end I am happy with the flooring and ***** trying to make things better.

    I ordered Jamboree tile for our church ******************** Our Parish is a very poor and I shopped around to get the best price. I'am very happy that I found Flooring **** who gave us the best price, service. Thank you to *************************** who helped so much in helping us with the order taking. I also want to thank ************************* who do an amazing job in the after sale help in expediting the delivery details and explaining everything. Both ****** and ***** have excellent Meet and deal qualities. I give high marks for customer relations.

    Horrible customer service, called theyre support line over 10 times in the last week, one of those calls was answered by a rep named ***** who hung up on us, the other times, we were either kept on hold for over ***** minutes with NO answer or even opted in to receive a call back, but never get a call back, not surprised! Weve purchased twice from this company and both times had issues with our order but the first time wasnt as horrible as this last transaction. I would highly recommend you shopping around before considering a purchase from this company. If your making a purchase, you will be welcomed and treated like a customer, if its an issue with your order, you will be ignored. Its been over 8 days now and no one has gotten back to us to discuss the missing item that was paid for and not received, order number *******.

    ***************************** in **************** went above and beyond to assist. He was super helpful, friendly, upbeat and thoughtful in deriving a solution. I had ordered 3x3 mats not recognizing they were on back order. I needed them quickly as my gym equipment was set to arrive in a few weeks. ****** researched solutions, and helped us find a good one. Very grateful and always happy to work w/a customer service rep who has such a positive attitude (recognizing they must deal with a lot of problems every day) and solutions-oriented mindset.     In short, I currently have an active order (#*******) that has been partially delivered, but the core of the order (several rolls of rubber flooring) havent been shipped and were now 12 days past the delivery window promised. Finally got in touch with customer service after hours of trying, and they claimed order would then be shipped Aug 12th. That did not happen. Im seriously concerned this is a scam and my order will not be fulfilled. On top of that, my client who Im remodeling a space for has requested compensation for the delay. Very terrible experience to this point.
