1 star**** ordered a DD214 for the funeral services of my Father for $138. Was upfront with them and provided absolutely all information available to me, even called them to ensure it was something they could handle. My **************** was completed and I had his ashes back before I got any response from DD214 Direct. They claim the government was requesting additional information. Explained out the gate information was limited to Name, SS#, DOB, DOD, approximate date of service (*******). Ultimately not only did they not get me the document to allow military honors, they didn't refund me and they actually closed the request. They claimed I had to respond immediately with the information (none to supply) or they were going to close the request. Don't see how these guys are in business much less sleep at night.Review fromJeffery R

1 starI would give less than 1 star. **** company is taking advantage of American veterans. They claim they have no supervisor and cannot refund money... no rush delivery, no dd214... fraud is the basic definition of their service.Review fromMonica L

The last time that I tried to get my DD214 it was so frustrating that I gave up. That was about 10 years ago. I had reservations about DD224 Direct but I needed to trust my instincts and I'm glad that I did .You guys are AWESOME and I recommend you guys to any veterans in need of your services.Thanks guys you're the best!DD214 Direct

I was more than hesitant because of my experience with other government document retrievals, but I was amazed at how easy getting my DD214 was. Frankly, I wasn't expecting it to come for 3-4 weeks at the earliest but in less than a week it was here! Whatever improvements you've been making are noticed by your veterans. 1 starRipping off veterans is about as low as you can get. - Rip ************** *************** I got my DD214 from Nation Archives in a week - There is an on line form to fill out. -************************* Whoever suggested you use this company - making a big deal about the DD214 form - has to be getting a kick back. I was a little hesitant at first....But by the third day I recieved the email with all my docs and DD214.and in all honesty I did have to or didnt have the time to request Docs ... So money is time thanksDD214 Direct
