      DO NOT use this company if you are trying to obtain military records!!! They are taking advantage of Servicemembers and family members by charging for a service that is already FREE!!! Standard Form 180 or SF 180 is all you need to request these records for yourself. The first page has instructions, second page asks for the information and the third page tells you exactly where to send the request depending on the branch of service and time period of service. ****** the form number and it comes right up!! This company is not expediting anything or advocating for you. They are following the same process you would yourself, which is FREE and charging you $100+ for their "service." As a self-proclaimed *************** ******** this is DISGUSTING!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!

      If I could give negative stars I would. I used this service thinking the company would advocate for me. Prior to using this service I had already contacted VA requesting military records. They could not locate my DD214 so they sent me a copy of my military contract. I attempted this twice. So from reading the reviews, I assumed this service would do what was necessary to track down my DD214. Nothing was done. All they did was petition for my records as I had already done. The exact information I received on my own attempts to retrieve my DD214 was sent to me. I called customer service let them know I already had the information that was sent. They said they could not help me. I had to petition the national archives on my own. I requested a refund since they did nothing. They denied my request stating a refund may only be issued in the first 24 hours of purchase.Dont waste your time. You can request your own records for free from the VA websites.
