1 starI cannot access my DD214 file to make copies. I dont understand why you couldnt just send hard copies to begin with. I spent over $138.00 to get copies of my DD 214 and I still cant access them. Frustrated combat veteran.Review fromJesus H. G

1 starI had called DD214Direct to get my deceased fathers DD214. They sent multiple texts and emails and I responded telling them that I was waiting for the death certificate. I received a letter saying that I would not get a refund because I negated to respond to their inquiries. I called the telephone number on the letter to be told that I had a two minute wait then was told to leave a message for a callback. Well, I left a message. I dont know how they can sleep at night knowing that they treat people like this. Death doesnt come with a manual that states you should expect A, B, and C to happen at 1, 2, and 3. Had I known it would take a month to get his ashes and Death Certificate, then maybe I could have coordinated this better. Im still disappointed in their business practices. I've been trying to locate my DD214 form for a while now, have looked thru boxes, folders everywhere I could think of. I went on line and found this site DD214 Direct and saw they were in good standings with BBB, was hesitant to pay the money but will have to admit its on been 4 or 5 days and I received my DD214 today.
