You dont really want to know what I think! The Better Business Bureau should shut this business down! They not only didnt give me what I needed but after complaining to them they asked for more information, which I sent, and they sent me the very same form that they gave before! $129 down the drain and that I really couldnt afford to throw away!!!!!! At DD214 Direct, we aim to make document retrieval as smooth as possible.Your request was for a DD214 from the Army, but the government agency provided records related to your service with the ************. This happens when agencies share only whats available in their system. We do not sell documents, nor can we guarantee that these agencies will fulfill the requested records. While we facilitate the request process, DD214 Direct has no control over the government's retrieval procedures, timelines, or the quality of the documents provided by the agencies.Weve reached out to you requesting Army-related supporting documents, as theyre necessary to locate the correct records. Without these, were unable to move forward.Once we receive the required documents from you, well gladly consult with the agency to see if a resubmission is possible.DD214 Direct takes pride in having helped over ******* veterans and their families obtain their discharge documents and get access to the benefits they deserve. DD214 Direct tell you they can get your DD 214 or Honerable discharge documents. They tell you that and charge $129 then after they send a partial file they tell you for another 129$ they can get completel package .. They are Somewhat of a group of Scammers! Beware !DD214 Direct

To say I'm pleased is an understatement. I needed a dd214 for my brother as soon as possible. Was told it might take up to 10 days. To my amazement I received the discharge papers by email within hours. They also followed up by text and phone. Great customer service **********************. Thank you so much.DD214 Direct
