1 starI signed up for DD214 Direct back in May 2024 to get copies of my DD214 and my OMPF. I also called and actually spoke with a customer service agent who told me the average turn around time was 24 days. It took them six weeks to get my DD214 and after three months I still haven't seen a copy of my OMPF. When I call their customer service line I get a recording every time telling me there are no agents available. I've also left voice messages that have gone unanswered. It's become obvious that hiring these people was a mistake.Review fromMark D

DD214 Direct did exactly what they claimed they would do. I had other options to get my DD214 but I did not have time - I needed my DD214 right away. Electronic version was available to me in less than 48 hours. Give my current situation this was worth my investment with DD214 Direct.DD214 Direct

4 starsI think paying for my dd214 is a **** shame. Veterans should be able to get more support from the US government. I also think that US army reserves should be able to get more support from the US government. We have been over looked by the US government for years.Review fromJenny E

You are lifesavers! My mom passed and wanted to be buried next to my Dad at ******************* or whatever the new name is but could not until they had a copy of his DD 214.Now I have a copy and hopefully everything will be ok!Thank you so much!You taken a load off my mind and the entire family!The response time was very fast!!!Thanks a million!DD214 Direct
