      We purchased solar panels from Arcadia solar to reduce our energy bill. We have had multiple issue with the panels and can never get a hold of anyone to resolve these issues. We signed a contract saying our aps bills would be dramatically decreased with the panels. Our aps bills are the same price which we believe should be a breach of contract. We are looking for any help we can get at this point

      My solar from Arcadia stopped producing and now the company, shockingly is out of business. They have been difficult from the beginning and werent responsive with issues. But of course they were responsive on getting me to pay them for the worthless solar. I deeply regret going with them and even doing solar.

      Arcadia sold me my solar panels with a 10 year warranty. My solar panels have not provided power for months now. I am unable to contact anyone at the company for repair. I continue to be billed for my solar panels monthly, however they do not produce any power and my nv energy bill is up to over $500

      I had solar installed in 2021 and since June 2024 the solar equipment has needed maintenance. I have reached out to the company on every social media they provide and every email they have listed and have not received a contact back. They have provided me with a 10 year warranty for service and it seems their company has completely disappeared on there clients. Meanwhile we're paying a monthly bill to have these panels. There needs to be an investigation.

      $50.48 Arcadia Solar charged me on 4/19/2024 $76.78 Arcadia Solar charged me on 6/18/2024 $76.78 Arcadia Solar charged me on 7/18/2024 Arcadia Solar charged me a total of $204.04 Arcadia Solar commited to provide me with a discount on my electric utility bill monthly by using solar energy from their farms.Arcadia Solar comitted to send the payment I make to Arcadia Solar, that Arcadia Solar will pay Con ****** on my behalf.Arcadia Solar says that they don't have any money I paid them in the past, because they send it right away to Con ******. While Con ****** never got this money paid to them!!!Arcadia Solar was offered to me by "Rakuten"

      I've been trying to contact the business for repairs and maintenance. We were never notified of the solar company going out of business or relocating. All the number on the Arcadia Solar website have all been disconnected, and they haven't returned any my requests via email. It's been three months, and I still haven't heard from them. I would like to know if they sold the company to someone else so I can contact them for maintenance and repair. And also, knowing my solar panels were on warranty for ten years, what happens now? I've only owned them for five years. If would be great if they would let us know.

      My solar panels have not been working for 2 months. I have emailed the company as well as trying to call but all numbers are disconnected. I also see online that the company has closed. I don't know what to do because I took out a loan to purchase the panels. Now I have to pay for a loan on something that is not working and for my NV energy bill. If I don't pay the loan they will put a lien on my home.

      We purchased solar panels from a company and the placement of the solar panels were not complete and they are not producing any energy. My husband and I tried reaching out to the company they are now bankrupt and we are left with paying for something that is not working.

      I purchased a solar energy system from Arcadia Solar in 2020. System was installed with a 10 year warranty. Recently having a communications error with the inverter and tried to get support. Surprised to find out the company has disappeared. No forwarding phone numbers or service information. I thought they were an outstanding company with integrity.

      I currently paying for the roof on my solar payment via Sunnova.It was my understanding that Arcadia Solar was supposed to pay for the roofing costs with JD Roofing - a company based in ****, **** I have no idea why JD Roofing would keep sending me these invoices that Arcadia Solar was suppose to pay. To this date, I have received 20 invoice notifications from JD Roofing since April 25, 2024. The bank was contacted and they mentioned they paid Arcadia the full balance and Arcadia should have paid JD Roofing for the roof cost since I am currently paying Sunnova on a monthly basis. It would sound really odd that I have to pay for the roof cost twice since I made a deal with the bank to pay them and JD Roofing made a deal with Arcadia to pay them.
