Last summer Arcadia said they had a solar spot for me but to date I have not seen any credit on my bill. I have called them every month asking about this and they come up with a different answere each time. Each time saying that it would be another 2 -3 months before I see a credit on my bill. Please help me get this fixed some how.Initial Complaint

No customer service. Their contractor put a lien on my house because of an unpaid invoice. Their contractor damaged my breaker panel and four months have gone by and nothing has happened. The installation has loose conduit and a sharp piece of wire sticking up 4. They damaged ducting in my attic.Initial Complaint

I have a contract with *******, who contracted Arcadia Solar for installation of solar panels. Arcadia contracted Roofix to redo the roof to support the panels, and ************* to install the panels and to upgrade the electrical panel. Arcadia has not paid these contractors for services rendered, and now one of these contractors have placed a lien on my house, the other is seeking legal action. Arcadia has been unresponsive. They have fired a good amount of employees, one of which I had communicated with previously about other issues pertaining to the unresponsiveness of the sales/project management team, Nusun. ******* has determined this to be an Arcadia problem and has no recourse. Nusun has improved their accessibility slightly and has sighted Arcadia as being unresponsive to their inquiries. Meanwhile, these contractors are seeking legal action against me. Someone help me!Initial Complaint

My wife and I had solar installed on our house. The company is Arcadia Solar, and the date of install was 8 Dec 2023. Shortly after installation, it became apparent that the panels were improperly installed, causing a roof leak and major water damage. Photos are attached. We initially noticed the damage and took pictures on 1 Feb 2024, and opened a ticket with Arcadia on 2 Feb 2024.Initially, Arcadia said that they would fix everything, so we tried to work through them. They sent people out to repair the roof multiple times, but every time they tested for leaks to confirm that the repairs were successful, the leak persisted. Our most recent communication was on 12 Mar 2024. I spoke with Mr. ******************* (Chief of Finances) over the phone. He stated that Arcadia would look for an independent contractor to properly repair the roof. He said the company had put out a bid and would choose a contractor within a couple weeks. He also stated that they had already chosen a drywall contractor, insulation contractor, and painter to repair the internal water damage. However, these repairs cannot be completed until the roofer confirms that the leak is fixed. We have not heard from Arcadia since. We have called and emailed multiple times, but no one is responding by phone, email, or text. We are concerned because we have heard that the company is filing for bankruptcy, and we don't know what to do. We cannot get a response or update from anyone. Our last communication of 12 March was 28 days ago as of today, 9 April. Please let us know if there is anything you can do to assist. We've never been involved in a situation like this, so we are hoping for guidance. I mainly want the roof leak fixed and the water damage repaired. I would also like Arcadia to refund part of the $75,625 cost of the solar panel install to offset the hardship this has caused.Initial Complaint

Arcadia Solar subontracted with ************** to install an ** charger in our home as part of the solar PV system we paid Arcadia Solar to install in the fall of 2023. Contract signed 9/12/2023. Paid in full Nov. 14, 2023. Arcadia Solar never paid that subcontactor. So the subcontractor put a lien on our home for $1,1917. We have made a half a dozen calls to four people at Arcadia Solar -- no one answers, we leave messages, no one returns our calls. We have filed a Customer Complaint with the Nevada ************************* It looks like these processes take years. To remove the lien meanwhile, we must pay -- again -- for the ** charger install. Arcadia Solar -- that is bad business. Arcadia Solar should pay ************** asap -- or reimburse us - if we have had to pay (twice) to remove the lien.Initial Complaint

Arcadia Solar sold me solar panels for my house at ************************************************************* in March of 2021. I was hesitant about the product, being concerned about the age of my roof. I was assured that a comprehensive roof inspection was complementary and no sale would be made if the roof was in poor condition. The roof inspection was "completed" and I was informed it was suitable for a solar system. I signed the contract and agreed to take out a loan through their company for $55,900.21. Fast forward to Jan 2024. My roof leaked and I had Reimagine Roofing come out to inspect the roof. They sent pictures of my roof in an abysmal condition and stated it has been this way for many years. The underlayment of the tile roof is cracked, worn, and dissintegrated. They also informed me that the roof is missing brackerts/components that make the roof up to code. Bottom line: I need a new roof. I spent several days trying to reach out to Solar Arcadia, but all phone numbers go straight to voice mail. All I want is for the company to remove and reinstall the panels so I can pay for a new roof, since their inspectors failed to addess the problems with the roof prior to installation, as promised. After several days I finally got an email response. Solar Arcadia will claim no responsibility for the failed roof inspection, claiming that roof integrity or condition is not their job. This goes against what I was told. They gave me an quote of over $8700 to remove and replace the panels at my cost. This business does shady dealings and operates like a corrupt used car salesman. I am looking for Arcadia Solar to honor their commitments and remove/reinstall the panels at their cost due to their oversight/dishonesty.In the contract, Section 2 (Scope of Work), subsections 2.2, 2.3, and 2.7 it states "design system to sire analysis and local, state, and national building codes", "acquire appropriate building codes from AHJ", and "schedule AHJ inspection and approval of system"Initial Complaint
