      I've been "working with" this company for 10 months. They claim to be the fastest installers and I have had nothing but problems. They lied in their pitch to get me to sign. Would not allow me to back out. Pressured me to alert my property. Lied about what aps would be ok with. Have sent people to my house unannounced. When asked to be notified this did not happen and 2 people have shown up without my knowledge and without me being present like requested. Does not answer in a timely manner. I have to give the company reminders every month. The situation gets worse not better. 10 months is a ridiculous time frame. I'd this company listened to what I waswilling to do instead of paying forward with a plan they knew wouldn't work this would be done. This has cost me more money and has saved me nothing.

      Thank you for reaching out, ******** Weve been working with you since November of 2021. This includes relocating your fence back 12, per city guidelines. On 3/22, we advised you of upcoming scheduled appointment for the next day. That same day you advised that nothing could happen without a Permit. On 3/24, we were advised that inspection did not pass due to there not being enough clearance between panels and fence. On 3/29, we sent you a text to advise you. That same day we called jurisdiction & they advised we must submit an updated Site Plan. On 3/31, you reach out to us requesting update and we advised we had submitted plans to city and were pending approval to move fence. On 4/8, you contacted us and mentioned fence is grandfathered in by the city regarding the property line and said you would not feel comfortable moving the fence until we got approval from APS and the city. On 4/8, we reached to you with an update of pending Permit approval for fence to be moved. We called on 4/12 to get clarity on the fence, was transferred to one of the coordinators, but no answer so we LVM. That same day you contacted us and asked why can't the fence on the other side be moved instead." We advised you that your MSP was currently on the left side of the home, and we could not move MSP to other side due to the tree and no electrical power lines. We also advised you we were still working with your jurisdiction on Permit approval for moving fence 12. On 4/20, you contact us requesting an update; we advised Pending Permit approval with jurisdiction. On 5/3, we reached out to your jurisdiction for an update about the fence permit, the permit tech said they have forwarded the plans for plan review and that they do not have an ETA. We tried to schedule a tech to move fence and you were not available; your Partner also sent our techs away. To summarize, we are trying our hardest to get this handled. Please understand that we must go through different resources to get approval.
