      This company employs door knockers who misrepresent themselves, claiming to work for the electric company (***) and claims they are selling anything. But upon closer scrutiny, are trying to get homeowners to sign up for solar inspections. According to Arizona law, if a homeowner has a no soliciting sign clearly posted, knocking on the door is trespassing. I have such a sign clearly posted at the door. Every month these employees knock and try to sell me solar. Every time I tell them that they are trespassing. It is harassment at this point, and the employees (door knockers) are not trained or do not care. I have recorded conversations with this employees about their flagrant violation of state law. I have also had a police call for service in regard to trespassing this company.

      Project was started 10/13/2024. Theyre not finishing the wiring or hook up. Nobody is getting back to me. I have existing solar that is not working because its all tied in together.

      I want a refund on my SRP bills from the time you guys shut my existing solar until you can turn it back on and everything is working. I am running on strictly SRP since you have started. It was not supposed to take this long. If you need me to send you all the previous bills, I can do that in a separate email.

      we have had our solar panels up for about 3-4 months that was installed in about 2-4 days time but we have an issue with the way the electrical wires was put in the ground. it needs to be repaired but for some reason they have not taken care of the issue. Its been about 2 months we have a huge hole in the ground with a huge pile of dirt right in our walking path, we have to walk in the rocks to get to the far side of our yard. This pile is right in front of out bedroom side door, its horrible to see ,,, I'm not happy with this company and how they go about solving issues or the lack there of. I need answers asap we want the work repaired and finished

      This is the compliant I posted on ****** and Yelp:VERY Disappointed in OUR WORLD ENERGY. Wish I could give a ZERO rating.I saved a long time to afford solar and 29k later I paid cash. I even had them install extra panels so I wouldn't have anything but a basic electric bill. WRONG!Once initial survey was done it took 6 weeks before installation was complete.Then, numerous failed inspections by ********************* and the county. After each inspection another waiting time for re-inspection. It took 7 months before system finally was fixed to pass inspection, 7 months later. You think they would communicate and give updates. I had to reach out to OWE for updates.This was just the beginning of the OWE nightmare.> OWE will plot where they believe the best location for panels are. They sent me a proposal showing panels stretched across the roof. Looked good. Unfortunately, they changed the design later. Why? An *** employee told later it was less expensive for them. *** has you sign off on it. Unfortunately, you don't know anything about placement until all is said and done. They are the experts right? They should know how to place and where to place the panels. WRONG!> Our World Energy installed the panels in a "grouping" instead of across the roof as originally proposed (On a complaint call later with someone, from a foreign country, I asked why the grouping and finally got her to admit that it was more "economical" - beware!)> As a result there are 3 big negatives for OWE.1) My neighbors have large trees that block the afternoon sun (see photos) so the panels are in shade by 3 pm,2) Since they put them in a grouping, you can't get to the panels to clean them (see photos)! Their response? Hire a professional cleaning service. All you need to do is watch a ******* on how to clean them. Not hard, if you could get to them!3) Since I can't get to the solar panels to clean them and they are in shade, the efficiency is obviously less.

      On July 10th my wife contract with Our World Energy with **** *******. Prior to this we have spoken to many solar companies and even another *** from our world energy ****** ******* and had it under my name. After speaking with **** he did give much more information regarding finance and interest rates. Such as, no interest for 6 months with a 6.99% rate or no interest for 12 month with a 9.49% rate. We chose the higher rate for the free of 12 months due to the larger payments we would be making.They gave us the price of $22,000 for the whole system on July 3rd 2024. instead of jumping on it right away. We wanted to think about over the next several days. On July 8th 2024 advised **** that we wanted to get things started. On July 10th 2024 We signed the contract, but this time the amount increased to $23,200. **** advised me it was due to the rate increase by Sulpher Springs ***************. He then advised me he would send a check of $500 due to the increase that occurred in just 7 days. **** ******* from Our World Energy advised that we would get $500 check along with 12 month interest free on the loan through Dividend. We would like Our World Energy to fulfill and complete this commitment they offered to us.After several attempts to contact to get this resolved. **** has stopped and ignored my emails and messages. Jaz was the only one to respond and escalate this matter. October 4th 2024, I then receive a call from ******* ***** regarding this and I explain everything in detail and sent screenshots to her. She stated she would contact her account manager and would follow up with me on October 7th 2024. Update, I submitted this complaint #******** on 11/20/24. This was only partially resolved with them sending me a $500. check due to the price increase from $22,000. to $23,200. on 12/06/2024. They have not fullfiled the 12 months interest credit at a rate of 9.49% which is $2179.05 I have reached out to them again on 2/5/25, yet no response.Thank you

      I was originally contacted by a solar company. We entered into a contract with them. Several months had passed with no word on moving forward. I was then contacted recently by an individual that represented that company. He asked to meet so I agreed. He brought another individual and they began a high pressured pitch for a lease program for solar. The other individual did all of the talking and made several leading statements that indicated that they were working on the original contract. They had all of our information from the original agreement with the first company. They said that they had changed to a different installer, OWE. I contacted the original company and was told that they are in no way connected to them. This representative coerced me into signing a contract stating twice that it was "theoretical" only and would be made official once the sight survey was completed and the actual system was agreed to. These guys are bad news and bordering on criminal. The fact that one took client lists and information from another company and is going around and pressuring them into leases with a different company doesn't sound legal to me. I will be contacting an attorney **** because I expect to see charges against my account even though I have 8nformed them that I am not interested in doing business with them. Avoid at all costs!

      The extra solar panels and Tesla batteries where installed in Sept. 12, 2024 around 9 AM which turned off our existing solar (under a different company) was disconnected until all the units were turned on together. Sept. 26, 2025, text saying if we received a bill from *** that it would be reimbursed. Spoke with 3 people including supervisors about reimbursements with no follow up. I was told be Our World Energy that their reimbursement policy was 3 months from start or installation to turning on the unit. Dec. 22, 2025 the system was turned on and didn't work, at which point we informed to company and they sent someone out to work on the unit Jan. 8, 2025. Still paying ************* We are about to have to pay Our World Energy on top of these. We are currently still asking Our World Energy and Solterian about the *** bills that we have turned in dating back to Sept. 2024 and continue to submit the current bills as of current. Today, March 13, 2025, we were cooking dinner when we found water falling from the kitchen ceiling. I went to the attic and followed the leak from where it landed inside down the trail where I see that the power line running across the roof tp where the battery was installed.

      I bought solar and 2 battery backups in August 2022, the work was finally completed in December of 2022. However, the battery back up system was not hooked up. I made multiple calls about the battery back up system not working properly and was told that I was wrong. In October of 2024, the system was finally hooked up. However, by February 2024, I was still trying to get the company to acknowledge that the system was never hooked up. They refused to compensate me for the cost of the batteries that I paid for since December 2022! They did agree to pay the electric bills. In January 2024 they sent an insulting email stating the "system was working as intended" even after the technician came out and said it wasn't actually hooked up. Today, March 10, 2025, they sent a text saying they would send a check for $758.89, when they sent an email stating "The total reimbursement approved by upper management is $997.15."

      Once again the response does not address the concern I raised. I did NOT request full reimbursement for the battery. There was no reimbursement for loss of use of the battery, lowering of the warranty, or a loss of electric credits that would have been accumulated. Multiple times I have sent responses to representatives and the issue I brought up was not actually addressed. For example, I complained about the solar and the batteries not working and the response I got was that I should look into buying batteries to lower my electric cost.

      05/04/2024 contacted by Cam selling solar first he asked how long we have lived here I told him we just move in a week ago. He said my neighbors had just signed up for solar later I found out this was a lie. I told him a wanted solar and backup batteries and receptacles for batteries and generator he talked me out of the Tesla batteries saying saying the had to many problems and were not efficiant ,that solar batteries were better. I decided on 24 panel and a takeoff of the roof and lay new tar paper down the and put old shingles back. He told me it was 6 to 8 thousand to use the old shingles or 10 to 12 for new shingles.He asked what I payed for solar at my other house I told him it was $26000.00 and he said the would be very close to that telling me he worked directly with SRP and could get up to 70% off. He started taking about a $5000.00 by down to get a rate of 3.99% I told him my credit score was well above 800 and I was not going to buy down the rate he did a credit check and said they could wave that fee. I asked what this system would produce he said 100kwh a day average I questioned two more times and told him my other house had 13.5kw system and I only broke 100kwh a couple of times. This system only being 10.2kw he told me he guaranteed it. I told him I was holding him to it. He showed a figure of $71000.00 I told him I would never pay that much for solar and a reroof. He said he had to put something on the paperwork to get the ball rolling with the company telling me with all of his discounts he could do it for $48000.00 with even more discounts and a higher percent back on my federal refund $22000.00 if you apply this to the loan you only owe about half the original loan. I told him that was still high and he told me it was because everything was made in the USA no Chineas parts. I called my wife and we gave her the details and she agreed but wanted to pay it in full. he said we wouldn't get the same discounts. Cam set up my laptop and I signed

      This is the same response I have received sense July of 2024 to present. Four different sale reps telling me they  were the boss and it was under full investigation till I talked to the next rep who didn't no anything about the  details of the case. Drove to our world energy and filed a complaint nobody knew anything about this matter. It seems as tho a lot of people involve and everyone covering for each other. This sales rep will not call you back. The last time I talked to him I told him to call me back or I was going to call the police he went over the price and confirmed the price of $48000.00 to my wife and myself stating that our world had screwed this up and

      he would drop of the paperwork in the morning. Still waiting

      Our management team has carefully investigated your claim, and unfortunately, we have not found enough evidence to support that a different total price was promised. While we acknowledge that a $48,000 price may have been discussed at some point, all signed documentation, including the contract you reviewed and agreed to, clearly states a total price of $75,000.
      We previously requested any further documentation that would support your claim of a lower total price, but we have not yet received anything. If you are able to provide any written proof, we would be happy to re-evaluate the situation. However, at this time, based on the information available, our decision is final.
      Please understand that this is not a matter of doubting your word, but rather a necessity to uphold contractual agreements. We cannot adjust or pay off a portion of the loan based on verbal discussions alone.

      The last I heard from OWE they were waiting for the sales rep to call back what happened? Ive been waiting 11 months he will not call back. I signed for $48000.00 not $75000.00 Im so disappointed with OWE 4 different reps that started a full investigation being the one in charge. when I drove to OWE they didn't now a thing about it. why were the employees covering for everybodyI was scammed by Cam fully took advantage of me he new I didn't no how to use a computer he logged me in . he told me what I was signing and I did .I may be a senior citizen but I'm not senile I know what he told me.He had a signing time of 2 o'clock he called and showed up early he was in a big hurry to pick up his kids he was gone by 2 o'clock the contact was signed at 4:53 scam. the sales rep #3 told me the add 30 percent to the lone because of the low interest rate. I 

      m willing to pay the $48000.00 in full and be done with this.the company nows he did me wrong and their so sorry the only that would be hurt would by dividen no more interest but they would get all there money. This is not cams first rodeo and it won't be his last the company will cover for him again and again. do the right thing OWE balls in your court

      We have a main house and a guest house. Our world figured the monthly charge for 2 houses. Only one house has solar. Originally 2 houses were to have solar but it was changed to one house but we are still paying a monthly charge for 2. I am getting nowhere with my many calls to them. The salesman should have fixed this a year ago but he didn't. I sent pictures of the guest house to them to prove no solar but they won't fix the billing. I have been trying for a year to fix this but they haven't done anything.
