Our World Energy earned my complete ******************* They were respectful of my very demanding HOA *************************** They ensured a smooth installation in coordination with City ************************* and with my electricity provider. Their team was professional & courteous in every interaction. I would recommend them without any reservations.

The customer service representative, Ms. ******* from My World Energy has been very helpful and understanding to any and all of my questions and concerns throughout my time with them. One day I got a knock on my door A great young salesman talked me into a meeting I had a meeting with **** within a week I begin speaking with *****, And had my solar panels installed within 60 days with the whole process and permits Very easy transition I love my panels so far! Overall great experience! Our rep ******** was very on top of communication and would regularly follow up with me regarding the status of getting solar panels. Even though we had a lot of delays due to our insurance and getting roof repairs done, she was still always ontop of communicating with us to see where we were at or let us know what was going on!Our World Energy LLC

***** has kept us informed of the progress of our solar project since day 1. The panel installer left our breaker box in a mess, but that problem was resolved. ***** and *** have also been easy to work with.Our World Energy LLC

2 starsOur world energy installed my solar and though the installation did have problems it was the salesman ship. I was even warned by an installer to watch the salesman. They promised me 1000 dollars after the install was completed and then was nice enough to notice that I was military and went as far to say I would get another 1000 for being military. Now no one will take my calls and I was told that it was not in the contract. Nice job, you got me. This is the type of things you expect anymore, no one cares about the customer. I did not argue the price and did not ask for a discount. I just hope someone reads this and does not fall for it. Make sure you put it in writing, so at least you will have a leg to stand on.
