      On 7/24/2024 my vehicle was towed from a handicap parking spot located at **************************************************************. My handicap placard was located in my window. I was only in the location for ***** mins before coming out to my car missing. Upon calling the police I was informed that my vehicle was towed by ************ which is located at **********************************************************. I have spine issues and this was a very serious inconvenience for myself & for my driver. My vehicle was towed with my emergency brakes on within my vehicle. They dragged my vehicle all the way from my location all the way to their tow yard, causing major damage to my tires & the tread on the tires. I was not able to retrieve my vehicle (their policy) until the next day and that costed me $164.30 plus $30.00 to catch a Lyft to the location. This company should be ashamed of their practices and needs to quit using predatory behavior in certain neighborhoods. These practices that they are implementing should be illegal. Its a scam and it needs to stop.

      7/16/2024. Payment of $203.00 for the release of my dodge Durango that kwiktow company had damaged and withheld that information after going to the 1st location it should've been at in ********, but it was at their other location in ***********. They fixed the car but I have not received my refund or the information on when I will receive it and the additional $200 for compensation. After getting my vehicle back 2 item have gone missing ******* galaxy headphones in a white case and a jumpbox that was in a black bag. I have given them time regarding this matter to be fixed but instead they ignore my calls and text messages

      6/27/24, 9pm I was parked at a business parking lot in downtown ******** ************************************* Tow truck# ** was towing a car in the parking lot next to where I was parked. The tow truck hit my car and left the scene. When I contacted the tow company the same night, they refused to provide insurance information. Police report was filed. Quite for damage is over $1800.

      I live at *************** in ******** AZ. The parking has been notoriously bad at these apartments due to the ***** to parking space ratio. They devised a plan to remove assigned parking spots and instead using parking passes with lanyards for the payers of these services. With that being said it has been great since it started, a there has been no problem with parking. Until yesterday when I came home from dancing with the wife to see our car not in its place. It had been towed away because the parking pass was no longer hanging from the rearview mirror. It was either stolen, or the towing company removed it. I did my due diligence and searched my house to see if we misplaced it, but nothing showed up. Furthermore, my wife remembered it being in the car. The towing company does have stickers that they can place on your vehicle to warn you of violating the policy and give a deadline to take action, but they didn't bother to do it. It was just hauled away without any due diligence on their end. We would of happily replaced it. I pay $45 monthly for the parking of my cars. Now it's going to take $300 and a ton of time to get my car back, which my wife needs to do her job and go to appointments while I work. The way they tow cars around the area I feel is very predatory, because the tow truck driver gets out of their car and runs and checks every car to see if it has the tag then just takes the car. Thankfully my income can foot the bill, but other people or families may not be that fortunate. The towing company that works for Zinc is called Kwik Tow and is located on ***********************. I'm not sure if this information is helpful, but I'd like at least some awareness on the matter. Thanks for your ear.

      On 05/11/2024, my car was towed from ********** at *********** (**********), located at *****************************************, by Kwik Tow, LLC (Kwik Tow) located at ************************************. My car was towed for parking in backwards. There were no signs in the space my car was towed from stating that my car could get towed for parking in backwards as it is required by law. Kwik Tow violated Phoenix City Code 36-144(B)(D)(J)(K) and ARS 9-499.05 Phoenix City Code 36-144(J): Any tow truck operator removing a vehicle under the authority of this section who shall fail to comply with each and every provision of this section shall forfeit its claim to a towing charge, a storage charge, or any other charge of any description, for or in connection with that tow.Phoenix City Code 36-144(K): It shall be unlawful to attempt to collect a towing charge, a storage charge, or any other charge of any description, from the owner of a vehicle, or the agent of the owner of a vehicle, that was towed in a manner that was not in full compliance with this section.Kwik Tow, towed my car at a minimum, in violation of the above codes and statutes.Due to Kwik Tow not towing my car in compliance with the Phoenix Codes and Arizona Statutes, are legally obligated to reimburse me in the amount of $183.00 for the towing charge and $22.00 for the cost of the Uber trip from Sweetwater apartments to my house, which is associated with the towing charge.A claim will be filed with The Arizona Justice Court.***********************

      Due to me being disabled missing half my leg was moving from Aspirethunderbird who was aware that I was moving. I backed end right near my apartment to make it easier to load my truck and moving truck was on side. While loading here comes **** tow trying to tow my car. When trying to get keys the driver backed up and immediately lifted my car and we kept saying we are moving we are moving and I'm disabled which employee clearly saw when he said park in handicap which there are no ramps or handicapped parking near my apartment so that was a low blow. Then said give me $80 to drop car it's over 100 degrees outside so we trying to move fast and load but guess what he WOULD NOT DROP THE ***** END OF MY CAR. SO WE WERE FORCED TO PAY AND OFFICE WAS CLOSED. ONCE HE GOT MONEY HE GOT IN CAR AND SAID YOU ******. I AM A EDUCATED WOMAN WITH 2 DEGREES AND TO BE CALLED THAT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DEGRADING. SPOKE WITH ***** AND ******* THEN SPOKE WITH ***** WHO SHOWED NO EMPATHY AT ALL HIS TONE WAS SO NOT PROFESSIONAL. WE TOOK PICTURES I EMAILED THEM TO MANAGEMENT AND KWIK TOW NOW YOU WANT VIDEOS IF WE ARE MOVING THE ATTEMPT TO TOW IS UNJUSTIFIABLE BUT THE RACIST SLANDER AND THE COMMENTS ABOUT DISABILITY GOES AGAINST *** REGULATIONS.

      This towing company Stole my bed cover from my truck and claimed in mustve broke when being towed. Tried calling to get it replaced and they said they would but never followed through even after contacting them several times

      This company Kwik Tow took my vehicle illegal from my parking. Damaging my aliment when the tow truck took it. I have the bill of how much I paid at the shop I am seeking my reimbursement for what I paid at least

      I am the lein holder of a vehicle. vin number *****************. My lessee advised his apartment complex if he can leave his vehicle on **** stands since he didnt have enough sunlight during the evening to finish his roaders. The apartment manager said yes that fine. The following morning my lessee went to work on the car only to find out it was towed by **** tow. When he went to receive his vehicle he noticed a hole and tear on the radiator, The person who towed the the vehicle removed the vehicle while still on the **** stands. I want to file a complain on this tow company since they do not want to take accountability.

      Parked in a yellow zone with ZERO signs posted that I couldn't park. Was inside for literally 10min and they towed my truck.
