      Subject: Refund Approved but Not Received PlayStation Store To whom it may concern,I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved refund issue with **** PlayStation.I purchased several digital games on the PlayStation Store, and after deciding not to use them, I requested a refund within the official 14-day window. I did **not download or launch** any of the games. Shortly after, I received an official email from **** confirming that my refund request had been approved.However, even after several days, **no money has been returned** to my original payment method. I have checked with my bank and payment provider, and there is no trace of any refund being processed.The games included in the refund request were:- It Takes Two - Minecraft - Split Fiction - FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE - Ghost of Tsushima - FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH - Red Dead Redemption 2 I am now concerned that **** is failing to follow through with its own refund commitments.       So someone hacked my PlayStation account. I contacted ********************** customer support and gave them all the original information to my account. Ive spent money and a lot of hours on the account. When trying to recover it back, PlayStation told me they couldnt help me due to security reasons but cant tell me what or how. I gave them all the original information theyve asked for and still didnt help. I dont know how the hacker locked my account for me not to recover it but i need help getting it back.

      I purchased multiple games on the PlayStation Store totaling $340, with the intention to enjoy them during my summer break. However, shortly after the purchase, I became ill and could not play at all. I have not downloaded or used a single byte of any of the games.When I contacted PlayStation Support, I was told they couldn't process my refund due to "security reasons" and refused to help, even though I have done nothing suspicious or inappropriate.This has put me in a financial bind, especially with urgent medical expenses.       My Playstation network account was hacked, email associated with account was changed as well as password. I have email proof that some logged into my account and changed everything only after they made fraudulent purchases. I have multiple emails, emailed receipts proving i am original account owner yet no one at customer support is willing to look into my issue. The images sent are proof. First 3 pictures are fraudulent charges, remaining are proof they logged into account and had my email as well as password associated with account changed from another state (**********) i reside in **************.

      On September 5th, 2024 I was charged for an add on for the game Fortnite. It was a Marvel: ****************** character for $21.17. ***** making several attempts to call PlayStation I finally was able to speak with a ***. ***** explaining the situation. He told me he was unable to issue a refund because the item was downloaded. I ***eatedly ask to speak to a supervisor. The *** placed me on a brief hold, than told me he was not going to give me a supervisor and stated I will be ending this call then hung up. I was charged for something I did not download and have no clue why I wasnt able to be issued a refund or speak with a supervisor when requested. I never spoke with an unwarranted tone to the ***, did not raise my voice. It is beyond my comprehension of why I wasnt able to speak to a higher level than that ***.

      My sons account on ********************** has been banned for chargebacks. I have screenshots of PlayStation, charging my sisters card, a few times a day every day for about a month my son would not even be playing his game at the time the charges were being made. I wrote to their customer support and they told me to pay 200+ dollars to get his account back. *** tried explaining to them a few times and theres no resolution. They just want me to pay the chargebacks which he did not do. If his account was hacked, which it seems like, that should not be his fault. He should have his account back without me paying for it I have screenshots of every time they try to charge the card.

      I have seen several charges on my bank statement from Playstation where I have been charged $9.99 and don't know why. I have already made contact with my bank and advised to contact Playstation due to the length these charges were from. I do not own a playstation. I reached out to playstation and received a call back on 10/2 from a rep from Playstation, who told me there wasn't anything they could do. Some of these charges are duplicate charges on the same day. My bank has advised me once the issue is resolved from playstation, it would then be the best time to cancel my debit card.

      Hey, how are you? I got a band for my Xbox account because of a picture, and this picture is not me who put it. It was put by my little brother. He wants to play a prank on me, and the account was permanently suspended. I tried to communicate with ********** but they do not respond to me because disabled accounts cannot write to ********** I hope you return my account, please, because it is It is not my fault and I lost everything and I promise you that I will not repeat the mistake and my little brother will not repeat it.       Today, Aug 21st, I had to go other Playstation site to help my son get a refund for a game he purchased with his birthday money that was not working. I have been on a chat for hours waiting even got disconnected when I waited for hours because they were closing. I again called today because it was getting closer to the day he wouldn't be able to get his refund. So, again after waiting for hours they respond telling me that I can't proceed because the information was incorrect. How do you know that if you hadn't talked to me??? I asked my son after I told him I was contacting them because my son is only ********************** I then gave it to him and he still did not proceed. I told them that waiting on this chat for hours and to be disrespected after paying all this money for a Playstation and these games is unbelievable and that there is not even a number to call. He then gives me the number and of course I call but then it directs me back to the chat. This is ridiculous for a company who gets that much money to have these kinds of problems. They should be looked into and I think some changes need to be made. I will be next contacting the Attorney General.
