I purchased numerous loot boxes for $50 for 5 thousand credits on warface that included roughly 3 dollars tax and got weapons I couldnt keep cause their time limited, each box cost around 20 credits and to get a permanent item is such a low chance.Initial Complaint

My son purchased a game from playstation over a year ago. He has been playing it without problems. A week ago it stopped letting him play the game. Playstation does not know why and will not make this right. We bought the game. They show and know we bought the game, but don't know why it won't work. When I contact playstation, I get the run around. When you call the 800 number, "They are experiencing a number of high call volumes" and hang up on you. We purchased this game. I have been trying to get access to my account 2 step Verification is on when I have turned it off The phone number is no longer in use when I contact the customer service customer service is asking me for the serial number of the 1st concert when I created the account the 1st concert when I created the account was back in 2007 that council is no longer supportive I wouldn't have that serial number from that 1st original ps3 Then they asked me for my debit card information I give them my debit card information and it turns out it's not the same debit card because the debit card that I used was over a year and a 1/2 ago and that debit card has been replaced since Then they want a receipt from a year and a 1/2 ago I don't have a receipt from a year and a 1/2 ago They refuse to give me entrance and access to my accountBut all the information that I gave them including my address matches the account I use PayPal when they don't want the PayPal informationI informed them that when I paid a pay through PayPalAnd so they want to transaction ID but they won't accept the PayPal transaction ID All of this is happening because 2 step verification was put back on when I deleted the old phone number and deleted 2 step verification I also was denied to speak to a supervisor either I know where this email is gonna go to so if ******* if you see this complaint from please give me a call I'm not sure if he still works there but he was a manager or a supervisor from my last interaction several years ago when we went into operationInitial Complaint

My playstation account was hacked on May 6th 2023 while me and my wife where at a restaurant. I received an notification from my bank saying that they stopped a transactiontion due to possible fraud. I then saw that someone logged into my account and bought about $200 worth of games without my authorization. I called my bank and they stopped the charges cancelled my debit and credit card that was used and unlinked my card from Playstation. Playstation has since suspended my account and won't allow me to use my account until I pay them back for the money that was stolen out of my account. I tried to contact Playstation numerous times and they keep saying that they won't reopen my account until I pay them for games I didn't purchase and that I don't even have on my playstation.Initial Complaint

Playstation continues to take $25 a month erroneously from my bank account and I am not able to contact them. They will not answer e mails written letters and the customer phone number does not work. I need to speak to someone at playstation as I no longer have an account with them and can't sign in on their support site.
