    they made the appointment for the next day. I received calls, emails to remind me. ******** was sent and he called to let me know when he would be there. *** is an asset to the company. He is knowledgeable, efficient and personable. My job required him to come back I was scheduled for the next day. Again calls to remind me and a call from *** advising when he would be there. He is very prompt and easy to talk to. I will definitely use this company again should the need arise and hope that it will be ********** Thank you for a job well done.

    I haven't had to use anyone for appliance repair before this. I am so glad that I called this company. ******* was so helpful, informative and very pleasant. He actually helped me learn more about my refrigerator. I'll absolutely call them again if I need any help. I'll also be recommending this company.

    Super happy with the service and excellent tech who fixed our refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, answered all the questions, and was able to get here early.     **************, *****, was fabulous. Even though we needed to replace our entire washer he gave pros and cons on several models when considering a new wash machine purchase. He cleanded up prior to leaving He showed up on time, he had great communication skills. He was friendly, outgoing and personable. We wholeheartedly recommend Accredited Appliance to everyone.
