    I have been using this company for many years and very happy with them. **** is very knowledgeable and friendly. He works fast and get it done. Before **** it was ***** who is retired. They always send same technician. I would highly recommend them.

    Well-run company. Technician is very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. My problem was complicated, and it took three visits to solve it. I felt like I was a priority as, each time, they came back shortly after I called . I highly recommend this company.

    Was very happy when called to set up an appointment on washer, were able to come out within 2 days. The technician called to let me know he was on his way, so I was looking for him when he arrived. The technician was very polite and gave me a price to fix the washer which I approved. Then when he was taking the washer apart he found another issue which he explained could be a next wash problem. So he put washer back together, but only charged for the service call. I appreciated he being very candid about the problem he found and not fixing what he initially thought might be the problem with the drain which wouldn't have resolved the bigger problem with the drum probability of failing with what he saw when taking apart the washer. Thank you.
