    ***, the technician, always provides a wonderful service. Polite, courteous and knowledgeable. 2nd experience with ***. AA of Arizona is my go to service call for my appliance needs!!!My call was scheduled the next day after my request between 1-5 and *** was able to arrive early and complete my service call prior to 1:00!

    Service was scheduled quickly same day called for problem and without question. Repair man called when on his way to repair my freezer. He was punctual, respectful, and efficient in his service of my appliance. He explained what he needed to do to make repairs and get my freezer working in tiptop again before he left!I would definitely recommend Accredited Appliance of AZ for your appliance needs.

    I found scheduling a service appointment hassle free with no wait time; a technician scheduled promptly arrived on time. He quickly assessed problem with washing machine stating he would order part needed and it would be in installed within 1-2 days. I received a call later the same day saying the ordered part could be installed next day. Next day I received a courtesy call stating arrival time. Ordered part was quickly installed by ********** I will definitely use Accredited Appliance and request technician *** W for future repairs.

    I called on friday - my oven wouldn't heat up, but the gas burners worked fine. Got an email that ***** would call between 10 and 4 on Monday. ***** called and was here by 10:45 a.m. In less than 1/2 hour he diagnosed the problem, had the part in his car and the problem was solved. He was a nice,respectable young man and gave us the best service we've ever had from a repairman. Thank you *****!

    This was my first experience with this company . It was a good one ! everyone I dealt with was very professional & helpful ! I am sure I will call on Accredited appliance of Arizona again when I have a need and would be happy to recommend them to others.I had some laundry to get done and after doing one load my washer wouldnt start up again. I called the company I usually do ,but they were pretty booked up ,so I decided I needed to look further to get my washer fixed. I remembered I had a copy of **************** . I found accredited appliances listed and give them a call to see if they could get out sooner . I was glad they were able to send a tech out the next day !********** Was prompt ,courteous , friendly and knowledgeable . He had the situation figured out and fixed in no time at all !Im happy to give Accredited appliance of Arizona and ********** a five star rating !**********
