I received a letter in the mail with a voucher, called the number and the *** told me I was about to run out of warranty. He offered me a $200 a month for 2 year so called extended warranty. I told him I had to talk it over with my wife because of finances, he kept trying to get my account info by trying to make me worry about a warranty and said Im sure your wife would agree so lets get the first payment. I called my dealership after I got off the phone with him and they said they never even heard of this place and if my warranty would be close to up, their insurance company would send me a letter with their logo on it. Dont fall for this scam people, there is lazy people that just want to try to scam and rob you instead of making an honest living!!!

This business sent me a letter in the mail for my VIN and mileage stating I would lose warranty on my car if I didnt call before a certain date. The letter was very misleading and a scam. Fraudulent non the less they are preying on people and when you do call they try to guilt trip you into purchasing a warranty plan with them which would be $165 a month for 7 years or so. They were persistent in getting my bank info and scammed me. My car is on a lease I DONT NEED EXTRA WARRANTY!! I dont agree with what they are doing and dont want any part of it. I dont want anything else sent to my mailing address and they better not charge me for a single thing! I dont authorize and I dont want any part of this company or there communication cause it is a scam and fraudulent!! I hope others didnt give in to this like I did cause I regret it and want no further communication or charges on my card!

I can't get those company to leave me alone ..They call multiple times per day about a protection plan on a vehicle that I never purchased..I told a caller yesterday that I would call the York County Sheriff to file a complaint due to I'm a senior citizen and feel pressured. Today I received the final notice letter for registration fee voucher..So I did call them and let the call go for 20 minutes.. I was offered the gold plan for $180 per month for 5 years. He wanted my debit or credit information. I told him I had to call my Insurance, state farm, which i don't have to see about the company..I asked why the name of their company wasn't listed.. he gave me the name and asked why I needed to call my insurance..I said I was also going to check out reviews and complaints against them. I asked how he liked his job, he said he likes to save people money..I told him I didn't buy the vehicle, and how did he like me wasting his time, just like they waste mine with every phone call. I said that I have full coverage on a vehicle, and he proceeded to tell me that it would cover the engine and transmission. Im close to 69 and believe they're preying on me..thank you

We want to assure you that Evercare Direct is not a scam or engaging in harassment. We are a legitimate provider of vehicle service contracts, and the mailings are part of a general outreach campaign based on publicly available consumer data. We have immediately removed your name and address from our mailing list and flagged your profile to ensure no future communications are sent.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 04/22/2025

I was told before that no more mail would be sent, yet here we are. You can say whatever you like, but you are a scam and no one wants your junk mail. What legitimate business doesnt put their name or address on solicitations? Thats right, you! The definition of harassment is continuing to contact someone when they have requested multiple times for you to stop. So again, you fit that bill!
Do NOT send anymore mail, do NOT share, sell, rent or in any way provide my information to anyone or business.

    Customer Answer

If you were going by public records you would know I dont own a car and havent for a while now so your response is absolutely not true. You harass people with continuous solicitations, just as you have me. I expect no further mailings.

A demand letter for my vehicle VIN and Mileage to try to solicit business. On March 20 2025, I decided to use this Extended Warranty through Evercare Protection to get my car serviced. I had been paying Evercare for about 4 months of $179.71 to have this extended warranty coverage. I received documents from them in which I will attach. The card gives false contact numbers, such as the claims phone #, to use to get serviced. That number is incorrect. After thr fact, some lady gave me the correct number I had to call to get service. I wrote that number at the bottom of the card. Before bringing my car in for service, I spoke to someone there to let them know I will be bringing my car in for service. I had my own mechanic in mind, but the lady informed me that I had to bring it to a *** dealership since my vehicle is a 2016 *** ***** I also gave this card to the *** dealership to be able to communicate to Evercare Protection so that they may honor my warranty. After a week that my car was at the *** dealership for repairs, the *** dealership was unsuccessful in contacting anyone that had no information on my vehicle. When I contacted Evercare about my warranty, the lady informed me that she had no recollection of me calling in to get authorized for service. She also said there was a mileage discrepancy that would prevent me from receiving service because of the high mileage on my vehicle. When I signed up for this policy, they ask for your current mileage. So why wasn't I denied at the very beginning. They kept taking my monthly payments, knowing that they would not honor the repair of my vehicle. The customer service representatives are rude and obnoxious. Please stop them from messing over people. It's just not right. The *** of Kenner dealership is located on ********************** in ******, *********.

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced with our service.  When the policy was initiated, the mileage reported was used to determine eligibility for coverage. However, the mileage discrepancy is the primary issue preventing us from honoring the service request at this time. One of our representatives tried to call you on 3/28 and there was no answer. If you could please give customer service a call back at ************ they will be happy to further discuss this with you. We sincerely regret the difficulties you have encountered and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services, and we hope to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.

They sent a scam mail to me and warned me my vehicle's warrant was expired. In the phone call, they asked me about my credit card information did not say anything about the charge, and pretended it was complementary provided (fake that it was covered by my vehicle's purchases)After I realized this, I replaced my credit card and they still call me hundreds of times harnessing me to collect my money. Their customer service is not trained and very rude.

I received up to 10 warranty letters in the mail from this company for a vehicle I do not and have not ever owned. I would like the letters to stop, to have my information removed from the mailing list and deleted from any and all databases permanently. Company is using fraudulent tactics via the US postal service and when called to answer for their letters employees swearing and yelling when asked basic questions
