Evercare Protection keeps sending very threatening letters in the mail. I received 4 identical letters in the last 2 months and I called the company 3 times requesting to stop sending these letters. Per the attached letter they are warning me that my vehicle factory warranty is going to expire and that I will be at risk of being financially liable. I am leasing the vehicle and don't have to activate any additional warranty. I want to find a way to stop receiving these letters and this company should be stopped from "sending threatening letters" and from "posing as a company that is somehow related to *** or DMV".

Consistently receiving , "Response to this Notice Requested." threats of vehicle warranty being discontinued to keep contract of vehicle up to date and not allow vehicle's warranty to expire in the mail. States at the bottom of the letter all services contracts are through Evercare Direct. Image copyright 2022 ************************** in lower right hand corner of letter,I did not sign up for these and my vehicle is coverage by a factory warranty from the dealership it was purchased.Tried contacting them at ************** over 6 times in the last 4 months. I will not give them my VIN # or mileage. Last phone call immediately upon answering my call they tried to sell me a life alert package. The *** or so called *** kept talking, not listening or allowing me to inform them of why I called. I spoke over her and asked for the harassing letters to stop and finally just hung up as she was going to connect me to someone to purchase the life alert package. I want to be removed from their scam mailing list and don't need whatever they are offering for warranty coverage as my vehicle has a factory warranty from where it was purchased.

They have been sending letters falsely claiming that my car warranty is about to expire and urging me to renew, despite having no actual affiliation with me or my vehicle. On multiple occasions, I have received unsolicited letters from EverCare Protection LLC stating that my vehicle's warranty is expiring and must be renewed immediately to avoid a lapse in coverage. These letters create a false sense of urgency and are designed to mislead recipients into purchasing a warranty they do not need. Upon further investigation, I have confirmed that EverCare Protection LLC has no legitimate relationship with my vehicle or its manufacturer.I believe that EverCare Protection LLC is engaging in fraudulent and predatory marketing practices by targeting unsuspecting consumers with misleading information. This not only causes unnecessary confusion but also attempts to manipulate individuals into purchasing a product under false pretenses.I am seeking the following resolutions:1. An immediate cessation of all deceptive marketing practices by EverCare Protection LLC.2. A formal acknowledgment from EverCare Protection LLC that they will stop sending misleading warranty expiration notices.3. Investigation into their business practices to prevent future fraudulent solicitations.

While you say that is not your intention, that is not the truth. These letters include verbiage to trick and mislead individuals into a service where the original product purchase, in this case a vehicle, has norelation to your company and invokes fear. You created these letter, you printed them and you mailed them out. This deceiving  marketing is intentional.

I purchased a ***** Civic automobile in September, 2024. I purchased a six-year car warranty at that time. Since I made that purchase, I have been bombarded with letters from Evercare informing me -- quite fraudulently -- that my coverage had expired and that I needed to renew it. I repeatedly requested them to stop sending such letters. They blandly agreed to do so whenever I contacted them, and then they proceed simply to ignore my requests. These letters are nothing but a scam, with the object of inducing people to purchase car warranties even when they already are warranted. I find, upon researching the company on social media, that it habitually sends out such letters to persons who have recently purchased cars. I earnestly request your organization, therefore, to contact Evercare to put a stop to this practice, and to penalize the corporation if it continues to use such felonious methods of attempting to sell its products.I am enclosing a typical letter from this organization. Do not be misled by the words "Final Notice": every single one of their communications has been so labeled for over four consecutive months.

The notifications I received were scare tactics that attempted to ****** me into believing that my auto warranty had expired, which is not the case.  It also issued a fake $199 check that purports to be a voucher for a warranty that in fact I do not own. It is filled with vaguely threatening language of urgency and has the appearance of a cancellation from a dealership (indeed, I was prompted to contact my dealership after I received the first one, and they assured that my warranty was perfectly intact).  This is phishing, and it is illegal.

The heading alone is an indication that the business is engaging in scamming.  The Final Notice heading has appeared on every single communication Ive received from Evercare for the past five months.  If that is not a scare tactic, I don't what is.

I am 99 years old and have been receiving harassing phone calls from Evercare Protect and have no idea why they continue to call me many times per day. I am hard of hearing and have no interest in their services. This is becoming a mental health issue for me in having to receive these multiple calls per day regarding their services. Please have them stop these calls immediately!!

I received a deceptive Warranty Replacement Notice threatening loss of coverage on my home. There was an 888 number to call, purportedly for uninterrupted service. There was no identification of the company. I can provide a photo copy of the notice if needed. I called the number and was hung up on when I asked the name of the company. On my second call, a different person said they were Evercare Warranty in ********. As I asked for more specific information, they abruptly hung up again. This felt like they are preying on vulnerable people.

We start a homes owner protection with Evercare Protection back the month of July. My refrigerator stop cooling which cause me to contact EverCare Protection. I was told in the beginning that EverCare Protection takes care 100% of whatever need to be done to my refrigerator. When the time came for the price to be made, I was told by EverCare that they will not cover the whole price that need to be paid. So I had to come out of pocket and pay $******* that I no longer want to use there services anymore, they constantly calling my calling after been told not to contact me anymore. They have been calling me 5-6 times a day harassing me. I have blocked their number but some how they use other phones numbers to call. This is really starting to stress me out.
