    Hello-

we were trying to reach the previous owner. If you give us the identification number on the notice we can remove your name from all future mailings.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I completely reject the business response. And I continue to receive the exact same harassing correspondence from the same exact business in the U.S. mail. They are lying in their response. The person for which the letter is addressed has never once ever lived at ************************************************** in their lifetime. I want them to answer the questions presented in my original complaint and I want this harassment to cease.

To Whom This May ******** We apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced, however, EverCare Protection does not send out the mailers. We are a administrator that pays claims out on vehicle service contracts. The mailer you received must have been from a selling agent, whom sells EverCare Protection policies.

We will need the identification number on the mailer that was sent out to you. We will give this number to our call centers and have them remove your name from all future mailings. Unfortunately without the identification number we have no way remove your name from our mailing list.

If you have any other questions or concerns you can contact us at ************

    Thank you.

Destiny the only identifying markings on the second of three (3) mailers total I have received is identified as Customer ID# **********. There are no other identifying numbers of any kind beyond my address. I still want my questions answered. If I receive another mailer, I will be redressing my grievances by filing criminal harassment charges. I want the name and contact of the third party and I want to know how my address ended ** in your firm's database to start with.

I received a notification in the mail stating I needed to immediately call and activate my car's extended warranty. I called the phone number listed and provided the coverage id for my vehicle. The phone rep informed me that he was able to provide an extended warranty to me this one time only as my car is a 2020. I asked him what he was talking about since I purchased an extended warranty in April from what I thought to be MOPAR. He try to convince me that my coverage was fake and couldn't believe the lengths that this company went to impersonate a real warranty company. He told me that his company, Evercare Protection, was the only company in North America authorized to provide warranty for Chrysler and Dodge vehicles. He told me the necessary steps I needed to take to cancel my coverage from MOPAR and get a refund from MOPAR. He told me that today only he is authorized to give me new car coverage and it would cost twice as much as I was paying MOPAR. He said you get what you pay for. I told him this was all making me feel uncomfortable and I needed to do some research to see if I had a fake warranty or not. I told him I would call him back and he would give me the same deal. He said I shouldn't bother calling back and would have to take deal now. He told me he was going to disconnect the call because he didn't like the way I was talking. He disconnected call. I immediately called my local Dodge dealer and they verified that what I had purchased from ***** was legit and I had the best coverage money could buy. Do NOT let others get bullied or scammed by this company!

I recently bought a new car with a 5 year warranty. Few days later I was contacted by the company - Evercare- via urgently/ officially looking flyer titled MOTOR VEHICLE SERVIC NOTIFICATION. The flyer has no name of the company but lists the make and year of the vehicle, "coverage ID" and contact phone number. The flyer URGES to contact the company to activate "vehicle service contract". It makes it sounds like the original warranty attached to the car purchase needs to be activated. When I called the number, the person who answered the call only provided the name of the company after I specifically asked. She stated that she is not able to clarify what kind of services the company provides and how those services are related to my car purchase/ warranty. She stated that to get that information I need to talk to "a representative"; she refused to connect me to "a representative" without collecting additional information. I refused to provide additional information. The person on the other end hang up.I believe that the above qualifies as deceptive marketing practice.
