    This business is sending letters to people that includes false information, trying to use scare tactics to sell their extended warranty services.Recently, I purchased a new 2024 ************* from a local business. Today, I received a letter which states that I received this letter because my factory warranty has expired, or will expire soon. This makes absolutely no sense to me and is a bold lie because my brand new vehicle comes with a 5-10 year factory warranty. After calling the phone number provided, for ******************* / Program Coordinator; **************, I spoke to a man who started asking me questions about VIN and mileage. I told him that as he knows the vehicle is brand new, and called him out on the fact that his letter states a lie about my vehicles factory warranty, and he is using scare tactics to basically steal peoples hard earned money.. He quickly hung up on me as I tried to gather more information about him and his business, and stopped answering my phone calls. This business should be banned! They are lying to people in order to gain business. That is unethical! Hopefully, this will help to put an end to this business, or at least help someone who may otherwise fall for this scam artist.

    THEY ARE TELLING ME MY 2023 ******'S FACTORY WARRANTY IS UP FOR NOT REACHING THEM AND I ENCOURED A $300 PENALTY FOR PRIVATE USE. I SEE THIS AS A SCAM ATTEMPTING TO MAKE $$ OFF OF SOMEONE THAT DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WOULD LIKE THEM TO STOP SENDING MAIL TO MY HOME AND BUSINESS ADDRESS ACTING LIKE THEY ARE COLLECTING A DEBT.

    My twenty year old daughter was yelled out, told shed be sorry if she didnt purchase this car warranty and said NO to her talking to her father about it first saying hed close her case and shed be sorry!!!

    I have requested a cancellation and refund of my policy that I had with this company. I canceled this back in July and have been repeatedly told by Evercare that I will be receiving my refund. To this date I have yet to receive any funds from them. My policy number is EVRVSCA10131831 and they have refused to give me my money back and I am planning to file a grievance with the Attorney General of my state and their state.

    Evercare (****** ***************** keeps sending me postcards. I've asked them to take me off their list but just got another phony postcard yesterday (they don't reveal their name on the card) I've called them and they don't reveal their company name unless you are persistent. Under ****** they are a D+ BBB rated business with tons of complaints.

    I have been receiving multiple notices at my home address about a warranty on a car that I do not even own. I demand that this company immediately remove my address from their marketing distribution list as I do not consent to receiving this material nor am I even the intended recipient.     I am accepting this response only because my other case with ***********************, which BBB lists as a connected business to Evercare Direct, was resolved. I assume that your two entities share the same third-party mailing list, which ****** stated had removed my information. Hopefully, I won't receive any other mail.

    You guys have been sending me letters for 2 years straight several times a month. Called today with the number on the letter they redirected me to you guys, who tried to scam me $300 over the phone which is just ridiculous considering I didn't even ask to use your services in the first place. I demand these letters cease immediately upon receiving my complaint or I will have to take action with the **** I don't care if it's a third party, tell them to stop sending me the letters or I will take further action thanks. If I ever receive another one of these after you take me off your "list" there will be serious repercussions because my mailbox is not your trash can.

    I received a letter in the mail at my address that had zero branded information on it (see attached). This letter was set up to intentionally mislead me by not making it clear who they even were. I knew right away that this was a scam attempt, but I had some time, so I called them. I then learned that they were not affiliated in any way with ******* (shocker). The letter you see here is unbelievably predatory. Leading people to believe that you are their manufacturer or car dealership and that they need to initiate a contract of some type in order to have a warranty that naturally comes WITH their car. When I called, the gentlemen was immediately argumentative and rude. He spoke over me and would not let me speak before putting me on hold to see if my now "used" (used because I have driven it as the sole owner) car could still get the new car package deal. When I asked what he was trying to sell me, he became defensive and said, "I'm not trying to sell you anything. You called me." I then explained that his letter was predatory and the entire business was a scam that was trying to trick people into buying unnecessary "protection" for cars they already have warranties under. He eventually stopped arguing with me and said that he didn't have time for this and I told him that I did have some time today to kill after work and felt like messing with some scammers. AWFUL human beings and UNETHICAL business practices. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

    Car extended warranty insurance was purchased Nov. 24 2022. Tried using the insurance to fix A/C on my vehicle. First they said insurance was inactive, which was not true. When I called they stated it was active and stated to proceed for vehicle to get fixed without an adjuster having to go look at it. Then there was an adjuster sent out after they said one was not needed. The adjuster that was sent to look at car and denied claim due to car being fixed without approval. But the approval was given verbally via telephone. I am having to pay out of pocket due to the inconsistent ency. The representatives have been less than helpful and very unprofessional when trying to resolve the issues. Had to pay $2300. out of pocket, when this should of been paid through the warranty. Very disappointing, frustrating and unacceptable is an understatement of how I feel when dealing with this company.

At no time did anyone advise it was okay to get the vehicle fixed without prior authorization.     Evercare 'Protection' is functionally a scam. They are linked to ***********************, which has been reported through BBB before. Months ago, after a trip to my local ****** dealership for an oil change and annual inspection, I got a piece of mail informing me that my car warranty had expired. Because I did indeed purchase a warranty on my car when I bought it, and had recently been to the dealership, I believed that I was receiving correct information regarding a real warranty expiration. I was wrong. I had never had any kind of warranty with ****** or Evercare -- although, again, I had previously had a real warranty contract with ******. Unfortunately, I called the number on the piece of mail, spoke to a very nice (and convincing) agent, and signed up to "extend" my warranty -- which meant being charged every month for 6 months. This amounts to completely misleading solicitation. At some point, despite having enough money in my bank account, my bank refused to process payments with ******. This caused me to look into ****** more, and I realized it was a scam. When I called ****** asking to cancel my account and receive a full refund, a hostile "agent" insisted that ****** was merely an administrative payment organization, separate from Evercare, a licensed and legitimate *************** agency. She tried to convince me to maintain my account and continue the payments. And when I calmly said no, and that I wanted a refund, she accused me of getting hostile and insisted that I could only cancel my account by sending a letter to an address in ******** that, you guessed it, is the same address on file for ******. I filed a report with my bank and will be getting new debit and credit cards in the morning. I may also pursue legal action, especially if I do not get a full and complete (not pro-rated) refund.
