    I got the letter with the year, make and model on the top left side in bold letters. Underneath reads "Official Business" and "Penalty for Private Use $300. I must call within 5 days to ensure eligibility. The letter contains a phone number and a name "*********************** Program Coordinator" They want my VIN Number and current mileage...and presumably, my credit card number and bank account. On the bottom of the letter is "All services contracts are through Evercare Direct." I did not call the phone number and thanks to all who posted their experiences here.

    I spoke to the most lovely lady, ******. I signed up for the bumper to bumper extended warranty without having the knowledge of what an extended warranty consisted of. I consistently received a piece of mail from ************ to activate my extended warranty in which I had no knowledge of what it consisted of. I am 19 and this was my first car so I was very uneducated. I simply could not afford the additional cost of the installment payments on top of my car payment and insurance being a new, young driver. ****** was the most amazing customer service representative I have ever spoken to. She has the kindest voice and was so so knowledgeable and wise. She walked me through the entire policy and what it entailed. I came into this conversation very ignorant to the extent of my purchase and I have full understanding of what I had signed up for because of ******. She helped me through such an easy cancellation of the warranty with no penalties due to being in the 30 day time frame. She more than made my week and my stress throughout this process has been lifted. She gave me the most amazing advice about making future purchases when it comes to getting a car and what the financing process entails. I am in the military and do not have a relationship with my parents anymore, so she truly made me feel comforted and cared for. Please give this amazing woman a raise! She let me know I could always contact the company in the future and ask for her assistance if I may need anything. Thank you so much ******, we need everyone in the world to be as kind, caring and helpful as you were. I will always remember the top tier customer service you provided to me. Thank you times a million :)

    Im green to the new car life. I got the extended warranty for my car because I thought it was something that *** provided and I had to get. *** didnt really have anything to do with it, which I now understand. I paid on this plan for about half a year and never needed it. After talking to friends/ family I decided to cancel the plan because I didnt think I needed it. I have talked to 3 people now about canceling my subscription. The first person I talked to talked me into keeping the subscription by lowering the monthly rate and skipping a month of pay. I wasnt very happy with my decision so the next day I called again to actually cancel it. The 2nd person I talked to named ***** verbalized that he understood why I wanted to cancel and told me that he WOULD cancel my subscription. He did not cancel the plan but instead wrote on his notes that I accepted to keep the lower price subscription and that I might or might not call back to cancel. Thats not what I agreed to. I found this out because they sent me a missing payment email.The 3rd person I was on a call with was extremely difficult as the she kept pushing me to keep the subscription. After 5-10 min of the call she stated that she talked to her manager and offered me 99$ a month payment plan, again I stated I just want to cancel. After declining she abruptly said the account is cancelled, have a good day. And hung up. Now Im skeptical that itll even be cancelled since it wasnt the 2nd time I talked to someone. Im lucky I took my credit card off the payment plan.

    This company is a scam. They tricked me into "reactivating" the expired coverage I had on my vehicle, only to later find out from my dealer that it never expired and that I was scammed. They charged me $223 and signed me up for the same amount in monthly payments for 18 months. I, of course, immediately canceled my card and have been trying to call them to receive a refund, but they just give me another phone number that literally doesn't receive any calls. I called the company again to tell them this, and after doing this a couple of times, I decided to ask them if they are a scam, and they just hung up the phone.

    They have sent me scam letters since shortly after buying my car. I called them to get me off their list. The person tried to tell me that ***** doesn't offer warrantees and that I had to buy my warrantee through them otherwise the car had no warrantee. totally a fraudulent company. How do they have an A+ rating with BBB if all the customer reviews are so negative?

    Keeps mailing fraudulent 'reminders' about MY car to my address, but addressed to my husband. Who has absolutely nothing to do with the car and never has done. My ownership of this car predates our relationship. Spoke to them on the phone months ago and was assured that they would put a do not mail flag on my 'account' yet today HE received another notice.I told the agent on the phone to close whatever account they have with my info and she told me that "it doesn't work that way"... ************ is a third party service so it most certainly does work that way! Lose my information like I've told you to in the past and quit fishing for people to purchase your "warranty services" !

    When trying to cancel they dont listen and keep putting on hold while you are still talking. Spent 40 minutes of my time just trying to get them to cancel. They get putting me on hold, then again when I said I want to cancel.

    Evercare Direct uses deceptive letters to solicit business. I purchased a new vehicle in Aug 2023. In mid October. I received an official looking letter that, on first glance appeared to come from my vehicle's manufacturer. After reading the letter carefully, I realized it was a solicitation for the purchase of an extended warranty.

    I received a letter today in the mail. The letter didn't have any business on it named anywhere whatsoever. We just purchased a car not long ago so I thought maybe this had to do with our warranties. I proceeded to call the ***** number once I was connected with someone they proceeded to tell me that I had to make $165 deposit immediately and that I could not call back tomorrow after speaking with my wife. I asked for a supervisor and the supervisor proceeded to push me in to spending $165 today and told me that I would lose the deal by tomorrow. I have never heard of this company and it's not anywhere on any of my dealership papers. The customer service was completely terrible and they were very pushy and tried to manipulate me out of putting a deposit down today I will be warning everyone about this scam I have pictures of the letter and will be posting it on all social media sites. It's truly sad that an **************** would try to scam people out of money like that.

    I received a invitation to spend money on a service contract to cover my 2017 Silverado so I called them out of curiosity to see just what they offered and boy was I surprised!! They want $450 down and $300 per month for *********************************************** for a credit card... After telling the idiot on the phone that I don't use credit cards he wanted my checking account number which didn't happen... And all I wanted from him was a physical Insurance or Warranty policy mailed to me before I made any decisions of which he assured me that they do not operate through the **** mailing service... REALLY?? I just received a request for money from them through the ****... And to top it aall off I had to call back several times before I could get the name of this company.. BEWARE OF THIS AND THE OTHER COMPANIES OWNED BY ***************************... THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS... Signed A J
