  They are a SCAM. Please DO NOT SEND MONEY! Do your homework and make the necessary calls to ensure any letters you receive in the mail are legitimate. They tried to scam me out of 189 dollars. Had to argue just to get my money back.

  This is a complete scam! I was told in order to activate FACTORY coverage on my brand new 2023 *** ****** that I would have to pay $189 now and $179 every month for 2 years! Totaling $4,413! MY DEALER SAID IF IT DOES NOT COME FROM THEM OR *** IT IS A SCAM! You get this coverage through *** and NOT EVERCARE PROTECTION!

  Everything was fine, until they wanted my credit card. When I pushed them for more evidence that they were legitimate, the customer service representative began to insult me. Very unprofessional, steer clear! No pun intended.

  I get a mailbox for the trash mail from these guys at least twice a month. They mail me claiming my factory warranties on my cars have expired. Most recently, I got a notice that the warranty on my 2023 Audi A5 has expired. It is very obvious that on a brand new car I still have a factory warranty and it sure has not expired. This is a material misrepresentation.Today, is the first time I got one of these gentlemen to even tell me the name of the company. I bet you. I have called them at least four times asking for information. They refuse to give you the address for correspondence. I just wished it quit mailing me solicitations. I have had enough.

THEY TELL YOUR INSURANCE DOESN'T COVER ANYTHING BUT ACCIDENTS, CALL YOU "HUN", QUESTION YOUR INTELLIGENCE WHEN YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO COMMIT THE INSTANT THAT YOU ARE ON THE ***** AND WHILE I WAS TALK TO ****** FROM EVERCARE HE ASKED ME "THEN WHY DID YOU CALL ME?"   I am shop trying to get authorization for a customer, the first time I sat on hold for 40 minutes. I had to hang up because I have other customers! Now I am writing this while I sit on hold again, time is already at 22 minutes. This is ridiculous! Have an email option! Makes it where no one even wants to deal with them!

  I had gotten hoodwinked into a plan with a third party vendor, when I contacted ***** and team together help me out of it and into an ********* plan. They were kind, thoughtful, patient, and refreshingly honest.

  It's a scam. I have no mortage, no home warranty. I get these letters every couple of months. Different phone numbers and no name on the letters. When I call, they claim to be called 4EverHomes ***, HomeProtection USA, LLC, EverCare Protection, etc. They claim to have been in business, 50 yrs., 20 yrs., 17 yrs., different times for every representative I talk to. They're rude, lie about thie business and these letters and then say they'll remove me from their mailing list, only to send me the same letter a month later. They're targeting old people who they can scam into paying a "bill" and then getting their private information and stealing from them going forward. It's a scam. Nationwide.

  Actually, your company is working under several names and, as your OWN rep said to me when I called the number on YOUR latest spam letter to me, you supply "home AND auto warranties." Mostly, you just confuse old people into paying for something they never signed up for and don't need. That "A" rating from BBB is because you PAY them. EVERYONE who has commented on this page says it's a scam. Are they all lying? Why would they do that to poor old Evercare, 4EverHomes ***, Homepreotection ***? Malice? I called the number on the latest letter sent to me by your reps and got four different answers everytime I called.

  ****** reveals that *************************** is Evercare Protection. They recently sent me a scary-sounding "FINAL NOTICE" in an official-looking envelope (with a window for my address), and a warning about vehicle protection coverage on my car. The warning is that "you may still have time left to activate [repair protection] coverage on your vehicle before it's too late". To add to the deception, the envelope includes a "Registration Fee Voucher" that resembles a $199.00 check payable to me (the fine print states that "This is not a check") (the fine print also states that "Not all consumers have previous coverage").The entire package is nothing more than a sleazy deceptive effort to get the recipient to call the ***** number and sign up for repair protection coverage. Presumably the people who answer the ***** calls are well aware of how deceptive this mailing is.
