I have experienced Evercare 'Protection' as a big scam. Months ago, after purchasing my new Lexus car from the Lexus showroom, I got a piece of mail informing me that my car warranty had expired. I already purchased a warranty on my car when I bought it, and had recently been to the dealership, I believed that I was receiving correct information regarding a real warranty expiration. I was completely wrong. I had never had any kind of warranty with Evercare, again, I had previously had a real warranty contract with Lexus. Unfortunately, I called the number on the piece of mail, spoke to a very nice (and convincing, asked many questions, do you have computer/electronic questions, and then they assured me they will cover everything.) agent, and I signed up to "extend" my warranty 350 dollars initially and $150 for 18 months. This amounts to a completely misleading solicitation. My bank refused to process payments and I realized it was a scam. When I called Evercare to cancel my account, receive a full refund, a hostile agent named ******* insisted that they are unable to refund me, to some technical problem. Call me 2mrrow. The next day, another agent, tried to convince me to maintain my account and continue the payments. And when I calmly said no, and that I wanted a refund, she said I tried to refund, not working. I tried calling them for a couple of days, but they did not answer my phone. I called them on Dec 21st, 2022. The lady on another side shouted at me. I requested a refund, she said I see everything in the system. What do you want? I said, since your team member said that you are unable to refund, I will have to raise a dispute, please refund my money. She yelled at me. Mam if you already did that why are you calling me? and she hung up, whenever I called for a refund, either they will reject my call or shout at **** may also pursue legal action, especially if I do not get a full and complete refund.Evercare Protection LLC

To Whom It May ********EverCare Protection is an A+ rated and accredited administrator of vehicle service contracts that works with dealerships and shops across the country to pay for repairs for our customers vehicles. The customer service experience that you may have had was not with EverCare Protection. EverCare Protection is the administrator of the policies that pays claims for vehicle repairs. I was able to access your account, and this was the call center you spoke to who sells our policies. I also see where this account was cancelled on 11/17/2022 and the representative you spoke to tried to refund your $179.00 to the original form of payment and the **** card declined the credit. You mentioned to another representative on 12/22/2022 that you called your bank and filed a dispute with us. At this time we cannot issue a refund since you filed a dispute with your bank for the down payment of $179.00. The call centers number is ************ if you have any questions. We are sorry if this has caused you any inconvenience.Review fromwilliam H

Shady.Great advertising scheme, right from ***************************** cell.****** was great, explained that it only took five minutes of my time to explain to him that I already have coverage. I was unaware it was an expectation set upon myself when buying a car, shame on the dealership for not explaining. if you don't call, you can expect an excessive number of rebuking notifications. The comments on this site seem to reflect the same trend, Terrible threating notifications with purpose of confusion.Didn't find any glowing reviews from costumers about how Evercare and their products offered saved them from "financial liability" because of "neglecting to activate" I believe that giving them your financial information would become your biggest liability. When will government stop corporations like this acting in such poor representation.ah yea, the insurance industry, got it. ****************** .. get it together!Evercare Protection LLC

I continue to receive these 'mysterious' letters with NO IDENTIFYING information about your company, just a random 888 number and a scare tactic to active coverage before it's too late. I called the number to ask why I keep receiving these as I already have a warranty. The person I spoke with said the mystery company is Evercare and to look it up on BBB. I don't understand why you can't just be straightforward and send a letter WITH YOUR COMPANY INFORMATION ON IT stating that you provide extended warranties and IF we are interested in purchasing an extended plan to call to learn more. Shame on you playing on people with scare tactics and misleading information to try to coarse people to sign up. Here's a thought, be upfront, honest, and STOP WITH THE SHADY EXTENDED WARRANTY CLICHE. We are all tired of it and wish you would STOP BUYING OUR INFO TO SPAM AND SCARE PEOPLE INTO PURCHASING.Evercare Protection LLC

I wish there was an option to give no stars. Evercare Protection LLC, has sent me EIGHT unsolicited notices for their vehicle service contract. This advertisement is very clever in how it is put together, there is no mention that it is even from Evercare, or who exactly who they are, let alone a return mailing address. It wasnt until the first time that I reached out to them by calling the phone number on the advertisement that I found out that this phishing scam is actually Evercare Protection LLC. I informed the rep on the phone that I lease my vehicle and have no need for their service, and to please stop sending me this advertisement. After making this request, I continued to receive the SAME advertisement THREE more times before I again called to speak with a representative. The man I spoke to was so rude and condescending that I became Irate, and demanded that I be taken off their mailing list. After I had made my wishes clearly known, I enjoyed ONE week without their junk phishing scam mail. The next week I received the same advertisement every other business day for a total of FOUR times! I have never done any business with Evercare Protection LLC, and after this experience I never will.Evercare Protection LLC

When I initially agreed to it, I was pressured into it and was doing so due to the mail I received. If I had known it was a company spam, I would not have called them. They use false advertising tactics to make the service look as if it is from a government agency by titling it ********************** Notification." I had to state it more than 8 times to the customer service department that I wanted it cancelled. They refuse to listen to my reasoning for cancelling stating they did my research for me and I did not have to do the research because they did it for me already. They only had their sales and retention goal in mind, rather than listening to the customer.Evercare Protection LLC

Same thing - a bunch of junk mail with no identifying info on it, but somehow they had my vehicle and personal info. I had a **** truck but sold it and tried to call to let them know that there was no vehicle to cover. The guy was completely un-phased and kept pushing for me to give him the customer ID number on the letter they'd sent because they had a $300 credit that would go toward the next vehicle I got. He started asking questions the used vehicle I'd purchased in place of the **** and I told him I was uncomfortable giving him any info when I couldn't see any identifying info on their letter. He changed the subject and asked 'wouldn't it be nice to have broken parts repaired.'So - 1. I knew I was talking to a salesman, not a customer service rep 2. He didn't want to identify his company I called him on it and he finally said he was with Evercare - which has an A+ rating with the BBB. Well - I don't know what they paid to get that rating, but I'm seeing a lot of other people here who have had the same deceptive tactics used on them.I notice that they have a "No postage necessary" on their return envelope. If they continue to send this junk mail, I'm going to start sending it back to them on their dime, requesting to be removed from their mailing list until they stop with the harassment.Evercare Protection LLC

Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract for your 20** dodge ********** activated. No where do they say WHO they are. When you call they say they are ***************************** I ask if they are with Dodge. They say no but they can do factory repair. I had to ask several times to get them to say their company name was **** care protection. They must be so proud of their company. I asked where they got my information but was told they can not get me that information. But CR@************* would have their legal team call me back. I will hold my breath.Evercare Protection LLC
