To Whom It May ********* want to assure you the The ************ is not a scam. I am sorry you felt like you were not being heard when you were asking for the post dated payment not to run on Friday. It is our representatives job to get to the reason why a consumer wants to cancel. We do not want our representatives being rude or over talking the consumer. This call has been sent over to the proper department and will be reviewed and addressed. The account was not in active status, and no payment will run on Friday.Once again, we apologize.Thank you.Review fromEvan S

This company was hard to get into contact with. My initial message was from the ************************************ but I got transferred here. The person who took my call was rude, dismissive, and was explicitly told that he would not remove me from the mailing list.Check the rest of the reviews, same story of being called and the company mysteriously being totally incapable of doing anything to fix the matter. I've never once called and been told that I wouldn't be removed from a mailing list out of spite.Evercare Protection LLC

If you would please call our customer service department @ ************ and ask to speak to ********************* directly he will take your name off the mailing list.
All our calls are recorded for quality assurance and we are very interested in finding out which representative you spoke with. We do not tolerate this type of behavior at The ************.
We are sorry for the negative experience you had and look forward to your call.

I don't even want to give 1 star but I had to. Deceptive marketing tactics. Product was not explained fully and second payment was posted 31 days past the initial so that when a cancellation and request for reimbursement was made instead of the full amount it could only be prorated. At that, it took several months (more than the 60 days originally promised to receive the prorated amount. I regret any dealing I had with this company. **************** person was civil to deal with but could not refund the total or give me somebody else to speak to. My problem is not with the product being sold but with the way they are misleading when selling it. ****** learned for me.Evercare Protection LLC

To Whom It May ************ account was set up on November 18th 2022 and the first payment was due to run per your voice authorization on 12/18/2022. The 18th of December was a Sunday so no payment processed on that day. It was processed on December 19th, that Monday. I see where you called in to request cancellation of this account on December 21st and per your request the representative cancelled this for you. Per the terms and conditions of the contract which was mailed to the address you gave us, it clearly states 30 days for a full monetary refund. We are sorry you feel you were mislead and apologize for any inconvenience.Thank you.Evercare Protection LLC

1 starEvercare is sending out letters to consumers stating "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED" Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated. Being concerned I called the number to ensure that my warranty coverage was activated. I spoke with a very pushy salesperson who tried to get me to purchase a warranty through the year **** was easy payments of $159.00 for 24 months. I, too, was persistent as I know I have a warranty for the length of the loan and I purchased an extended service coverage. The salesperson finally hung up on me when I told him the name of his company is not on the letterhead and when I did a search of the phone number 1-888-xxx-xxxx it was associated with a scam.Review fromEleni K

This is a company that has multiple companies/departments under different names for different things like car warranties ************************** which is under Aleris) and other services. They are located in **********, **. It is a $****** contacted the ************************* and the person did not know how to answer my questions and kept dancing around my questions finally he said: "do you need anything else I am very busy". I stated this is NOT the way a person responds to a possible customer over the phone and I told him that I work for the government and I will also contact the newspaper and news media to look into this company for when I ****** them there are many people claiming they are $******$. I asked why they send such notices of "URGENT, FINAL NOTICE, and IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUIRED" that is MISLEADING to people, especially the elderly and non-English other... AND WHY did they attach a mock check for $199 and it states "signature required for redemption" if they are not trying to $CAM someone? He said the check is to show the amount taken off the price of the service if you buy their services. To make a long story short he danced around my questions and I told him I will be looking into it with the *** and other consumer services and see how "legit" they really are. Please do your homework before you do anything. So many $CAMS, FRAUD$TER$ today of all sorts for everything it is out of control. Report any $cam to the *** and any other consumer division including the Attorney General of your state.Evercare Protection LLC

To Whom It May ******** Evercare Protection is a dishonest marketing company who has scammed an A+ rating from the BBB. They send out fake checks to lure people into signing up to their service. I spoke with "********" today, after calling their 888 number, and asked "are you trying to sell me a auto-warranty". And he said "NO, I'm trying to sign you up for a warranty and have you pay for it." And then I asked "Isn't that the definition of selling?". From there ******** got angry, saying "You shouldn't be disrespectful." I'm a big believer in "caveat emptor" (let the buyer beware) - so these guys have a right to exist. But just to let you know, there are better places with more honest people, and you should take your business there. So now, I bet my review will be followed by their standard response below - beginning with "To Whom It May ********* Just another example of how they are not paying REAL attention to the customer.Evercare Protection LLC

SCAM junk mail fraud predatory business practices. Last October I purchased a new to me (used) vehicle. I do not know how *************************** got my snail mail information, but I was assured that my state DMV did not provide it. So it must have been the dealership (not likely) or the lender (most likely) that did. In today's mail I received a FINAL NOTICE stating that I HAVE NOT CONTACTED *************************** about my car warranty. On the notice there was NO business name (other than the generic **************************** There was no Internet address so I could look them up. There was no email address. There was a phone number to call. And there was a FAKE/PHONY check at the bottom, which in very find print stated "THIS IS NOT A CHECK." These predatory "car warranty" companies MUST BE STOPPED. My 92-years-old dad could have mistaken the FAKE check at the bottom as a real check. I realize there is only so much the BBB can do, and I'm SHOCKED that this "business" is A+ accredited. I am filing a complaint with my State's ************************** just as I did with *********. Again, THESE PREDATORS MUST BE STOPPED! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!Evercare Protection LLC

O stars or even negative ones. It is disappointing that BBB would rate this company the way they do with the number of complaints that they have against them. Shame on you BBB. Anyone who gets a phone call or mail from this company should read all of the reviews before doing business with them. I called in after getting their mailer saying my warranty on my brand new 2023 was expiring. I asked the salesperson where they obtained my information. After stumbling around a bit, they transferred me to a manager. The manager said the dealership sold us your information, now do you want a warranty or not. No, I do not. I want to stop receiving unsolicited mail and phone calls from companies like yours.Evercare Protection LLC
