  I have nothing but respect for the techs - so far - but the customer service has been largely unresponsive and somewhat argumentative. Accessing those techs hasn't been a seamless process, one might say.

  Okay, folks, I cannot say enough good things about My Computer Works for over 15 years. This afternoon, they saved my hinny by solving another computer issue. I'm a single female, solopreneur, and when I say I'm single, I mean I'm so single that on medical forms where they ask for my emergency contact, I simply write *****. That being said, my friends sometimes make fun of me for paying my monthly fee with My Computer Works. Okay, let's NOT throw back in their face the possible hundreds of dollars to have to shell out for someone from a local brick-and-mortar to do just one repair appointment where there's also the danger he/she, does the big "what if" and totally breaks their device, just sayin'. So, I ask my friends if they carry car insurance or other forms of insurance to perhaps have them settle this amazingly inexpensive money spent in good faith to protect what they have going on? Nah, most are pigheaded, but I'm kind when they give me their stories of h*** as their next computer debacle arises, or their ignorant friend of a relative feigns a repair - bwahahaha. Do say though, when pulled aside by a passerby and asked what I do for my technical issues and repairs, I love to gloat that I have an entire bank of a fleshed-out full team of technicians at my ready. As they stare at me wide-eyed surprised, then I explain with one phone call I get my problem(s) solved, or the technician I'm engaged with has an entire team to turn to and then THEY ALL sort it out for me. So, my monthly fee has been the best money spent because, even if months go by and I don't engage My Computer Works, all those months of my monthly fee spent, STILL never catch up with other forms of computer expenses I EVER could have spent. I mean, sometimes even when I thought my computer was getting too old and feared I needed a new one, during a call a tech clarified I was safe, so I SAVE money yet again! It's foolish for anyone to not have My Computer Works services on all their devices.

  We've used the *** team for urgent tech challenges for our kid's computers during the remote school season and recently. Their team is knowledgeable, and responsive and fixes the issues right away. It is nice to have a partner that you can trust.

  I have been using MCW for years and have never had anything but amazing customer service and resolve, from the person answering and scheduling to the true genius that helps me get through very frustrating IT issues that are way above my pay grade. Thank you for always being there to make my life easier and getting me back to work fast.

  Best thing I have done for myself and my family! No more frustration! When things are not working right on my PC or we dont know how to do something on the computer, MCW is a quick phone call away. All I have to do is log on and they take it from there then I can go about my business. They follow-up with a phone when they are finished fixing the problem. They even help out with all of my Apple products! I highly recommend my computer works!
