  What a great service!!! My father is a senior citizen who used to be very technical proficient but technology is changing fast and he cannot keep up. My Computer Works is his techincal helper. He has a computer, cell phone, iPad, iWatch and the list goes on. He loves his technology and it keeps him current. But it does not always work together and sometimes he needs help. While his granchildren and children try to help him they are not always available and many times don't know the answer themselves. My Computer Works is always there and he loves it. Most recently he could not get his computer calendar to match the calendar on his iPHone and he was missing appointments. The kids did not know what was wrong either. So My Computer Works came to the rescue and solved the problem. Thanks My Computer Works for helping my dad and allowing him to enjoy the new technology and most importantly make those important appointments.

  Life savers! Being able to get an english speaking tech on the line whenever I run into a problem on my computer has given me more peace of mind than I can imagine. I'm no tech, but these guys are always happy to explain what they are doing even I have learned a few tricks myself :)

  I have used my computer works for over 5 years now. They handle my request quickly and accurately. Some have been easy fixes while others more complex. A good customer service experience.

  This company is 100% LEGITIMATE. I get the best service here. I chose the subscription service and I call sometimes about the craziest things and they are always patient, helpful and the issue gets resolved. They don't have a limit to the number of requests I have or the time I use. I have needed help with using Excel, recovering passwords and backing up my computer and so many other things I just didn't know how to do. I have referred my mom to My Computer Works too and she loves these techs and they are so good with her. They take the time to show her the steps she needs to remember. Technology moves so fast that I just can't keep up with it all. My computer is now 5+ years old and I have been using My Computer Works for 4 of those years and I'm ready for a new computer. My Computer Works even helped me shop for my new computer and they found the best price for me at an outside retail store not far away. I will go purchase that today. These days you just can't get by without a computer and I can't imagine my life without My Computer Works to help me when I need them.

  Best money I ever spent! I bought this service for my mother years ago. My Computer Works has never failed her. The technicians know what they are doing and they must be the most patient people on the planet to do what they do. I also love that they are a small local business and only employ **-based technicians with excellent communication skills.

  I had a notice they were charging my account for services. I called trying to cancel and I was on the phone for close to an hour to cancel. They wanted me to access my bank. I did to point where I was about to enter my password and told them I was not comfortable. I do not not why it takes close to an hour to cancel, I don't understand why they need access to my bank account. I have contacted them by mail twice to try to cancel. *************************

  This business has been charging my Chase credit card for over two years after I contacted the company and told them to stop all charges. I did not want to do business with a company that continues charging my credit card after I got them to agree to stop billing me. I followed my credit card's direction by contacting the vendor to stop further charges which they agreed to stop. They quit charging for a few months and then begin charging again. I dispute the charge and asked ***** to block the merchant from being paid. ***** says they cannot block the merchant as I had once paid the monthly bill for services rendered. Since that time I am forced to either change my account number or allow the merchant to bill me.
