      So far Ive requested 3 transcripts, all of which reached the right destination within an hour, sometimes just minutes. This is a perfect example of a process that benefits from automation, and Parchment does a great job.

      I applied to return to school at a local Community College.I needed my transcript from ECU and Parchment was the go-between (to get it).It was convenient and quick and was delivered directly to the Registrar's Office.Zero complaints.********

      Parchment is a convenient service, providing former students access to their transcripts in a timely manner. I have not experienced any issues in the past, but reading other reviews, I am seriously concerned regarding any future deficiencies in their service. They have a VERY poor rating and institutions who use their services, should seriously consider investigating other vendor options for this type of service. I am not giving them a 5 star rating, due to the fact it is apparent based on other users' comments, they have not made an effort to correct their deficiencies, or their ratings and comments would have improved.
