      Unlike others, I had a very positive experience with Parchment. I ordered my transcripts from two different colleges and received them very quickly. I was able to complete my college application in a timely manner. I would use Parchment again and recommend it to someone.

      I have yet to have a bad experience with Parchment. All transcripts have been received/delivered in a timely manner. The cost is affordable. Also, not sure how but I was able to have fees waived after a certain amount of purchases. I'm glad that this service exists as it makes the application/transfer process much less stressful.

      I reached out to my **** mater to retrieve two copies of my transcripts to be sent to my intended graduate school, and I was given choices of doing so, one of which meant going through Parchment. I must say that after paying so much for a higher education degree, a select number of copies should be complimentary (from your **** mater). Anyway, I digress. I logged onto Parchment, followed the prompts and was able to process my request. It was rather simple; however, it was not clear where I could select more than one copy, so I had to do two separate orders--that was the only inconvenience. I received alert confirmations from purchase, to request sent to my **** mater, to receipt of delivery to my intended graduate school. I was not religiously monitor the length of delivery, but it appeared to all happen rather quickly. I read some of the comments, which are not very positive, so I am happy that I read those after I made my purchase or else I would have not gone this route. If these problems were that pervasive in the past, I think Parchment has paid attention and made some changes. I can get behind a company like that. Kudos. Best wishes to everyone.
