2 starsWhile this is a great positive and clean environment. This company seems to be untrustworthy in billing. Be careful of what you are being charged. I was told by one of the members of manager upon joining if I brought in referrals which I was actually referred they would waive my $100 membership fee to join. That was incorrect it hasn't even been 30 days and they pulled from my account already. Should have stayed where I was at already regretting joining.Review fromBill W

This company uses predatory sales tactics to lure in young college kids, then trap them into contracts or agreements they can't get out of at all, or for a fee that's double the price of signing up. For example, my son was coerced into signing a contract for a physical trainer that they're now going to charge him $50 every two weeks for four months. No way out of it. These kids don't understand what they're being pushed into getting.EOS Fitness

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Not just this location, but *** in general. I do not know how this gym is not being investigated; they scam so many people. I went to upgrade my membership to the family plan for me and my sister, and they. I proceeded to not only not cancel the original membership like they said they would, but they also charged me for two memberships and recharged me the annual fee, which they said they would not do. I called them, giving the benefit of the doubt, thinking they made a mistake, the guy on the other side of the phone said it would be fixed and refunded. It was not fixed; I was waiting to get refunded almost $200 in those days, but they took more money out of my account. I called again, but they said I would need to wait for the manager to return to work and call another day. They told me a refund for all my charges is most likely not possible. The annual fee they recharged me does not show up on the *** app as confirmation.EOS Fitness

This place is the epitome of why people stop going to the gym. They lure you in with an offer that seems good then trap you with a personal training contract and when you want to cancel they do not accept no for an answer. The staff are nice but they have no idea what they are spouting, some of the trainers seem like they got them from off the street or they got their certification out of a cereal box. The upper management is the worst of all they are rude, belittling, and outright disrespectful. This has been by far the worst experience that I have ever had with a gym/service they are worse than timeshare people. If you find yourself in need of a gym RUN far away from this place they will take your money and time and you will get little to nothing out of it.EOS Fitness

I have been a member at *** for almost a year now and *** paid all of my payments on time except for last month (because of their own billing system issue). When I called last month to discuss it, they told me we can have one late fee waived per year so they waived it and refunded it to my bank account. I went to pay my bill this month on the day its due (which unfortunately falls on a holiday) and the late fee appeared again. I paid the late fee but it wont let me pay my monthly fee because I already submitted a payment for today. I only decided to try and pay both today because its a holiday and I cant reach their billing department and didnt want to deal with the late fee battle on top of the one I just paid. BUT since tomorrow itll technically be late (even though Ive technically just paid my dues plus some in this late fee I shouldnt owe) I have a feeling Ill be arguing with them about another late fee tomorrow. Honestly, I just want my $15 (non)late fee that I paid today applied to my $10.74 bill for this month and the rest credited to next months bill. If none of this goes accordingly, I plan to cancel my membership because this is a fiasco.EOS Fitness

Sage, I have waived your next months due to help make up for the *** that was paid. Our systems are running fine and I do see there have been a couple of declines on your card. Please do take a moment and change to your checking routing number instead of a credit card on file. This should help alleviate any credit card disputes in the system. Thank you for your patience. Our Operations Manager at your home gym will be able to assist you quickly.Review fromBRUCE G.

3 starsI'm a member of ***************, and I was seeking to sign up for a membership. However, I rejected it because my Plan would only pay $22.99 for the limited membership. However, if I wanted to upgrade to the membership for all-inclusive, I would have to pay $20.00 extra, which would now cost $42.99. Now the all-inclusive membership is just $29.99. Therefore, this appears to me as penalizing me to pay all and all $13.00 above what the regular customers pay. I do not see this as being fair. I'm a senior citizen and a Veteran, but I'm required to pay more. I believe this policy is just a bit discriminatory when it comes to seniors. I would like to have the Upgraded membership at $29.99 and my Silver Sneakers would pay $22.99 and I would pay the difference between the $22.99 and the $29.99 upgrade membership.Review fromTravis T

******, I see that the team did everything correctly with the cancellation on your account. It is a 30 day cancellation guideline which is industry standard and requested by our processing company. You account is canceled and there is not further billing. Thank you.Review fromEmma F

The last few months I have had so many troubles with this gym and their PT. I tried to cancel my Pt back in October multiple times. While the staff told me they put in a request to have my PT cancelled, it never got cancelled, causing my account to be billed over and over for 4 months. When I went to the managers again to fix it I was told the only way to put my account in good standing was to pay $500 and I was pushed into doing so even though I knew it was not correct. Even though I paid, my account continued to be charged, and my account stayed overdue. When I went to a different manager, I was told that the only way to get rid of the balance (that I already paid half of) was to go back into PT and pay $88 biweekly for 6 months. Feeling pressured and so ready to have everything fixed I agreed again. Since starting, I have had the $88 charged to my account but there has been an additional charge of $156. When *** called me to tell me my account was 3 $156 charges behind I explained to them that it couldn't be right because I was only supposed to be paying the $88. I was told to go into my gym to make sure those charges got cancelled. When I went in and talked to ANOTHER manager, I was told that there was nothing that is charging the $156 to my account, and the 3 $156 charges I owed were 3 or 4 missed payments of $88, which made no sense. When I told the manager that that was not correct and showed him my app with the $156 charges, he explained to me that he would call and get back to me in a few days. I never received a call. Since then, I have had to have multiple phone calls with my bank because the charges were being marked as fraud. I ended up being charged almost $600 this past week and I am at a loss of what to do now. I've called and emailed many people about how to get my money back, but have had no help or even a reply.EOS Fitness

If I could leave half a star I would. The process to cancel a membership is utterly ridiculous. I had canceled before moving to which 5 months later I realized they were still charging me and to call to cancel is one of the most insane processes ever. I will NEVER join another Eos gym again because of this.EOS Fitness

****, I will send you an email as I would love to hear your process for trying to cancel. We have made it quite simple. You can call the gym and they can route you directly to our member services department or you would have been provided a number to call at your leisure or perhaps directed to us our online cancellation process via our website. I have sent you an email and look forward to hearing from you.Review fromJacob L

i have been trying for the last month to get my account revoked, and payments stopped. I have emailed, called, and done everything possible to stop transactions from this company. I was also misled by the sales *** or whoever is in charge of their sign up. They signed me up for a personal trainer program that the ***resentative said was a 1 time fee or make smaller payments towards it totaling $680.00. I have now been charged $280.00 every 2 weeks since i signed up. A whopping $3,640, almost 6 times the amount they said it would be. I do not live in the state anymore and have tried for the past month but no one can find my account. This is f****** ridiculous, because they have my ACH I cant stop the payments from my bank or change my card. I'm not sure if this is a one time horrible horrible mismanaged or if its a systematic trying to take advantage of people who are just looking for a cheap gym.EOS Fitness
